this was my first cruise as i had never done one before,i enjoyed myself every thing about it was enjoyable the staff where very friendly i have booked my next cruise with you

We had a great time on our mini cruise from dundee to the fyords its the first time we travelled with ambassador and it wont be the last

We have sailed with you Many times the crew are amazing very polite and friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble. The fjords were amazing too I had been before but my partner hadn't but we went to different fjords before. I think the Saturday on our way home when we done the sail by fjords just finished the cruise of a treat, and we also had lovely weather which helps.

Second time on Ambassador Ambition. Very friendly staff, lovely ship, food is very nice. My husband is Coeliac and was very well catered for, nothing was an issue. It would have been nice to have gluten free beer is one of the bars.

We booked a ceremony at Sea to celebrate our Pearl wedding anniversary and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From arriving in our cabin to flowers and champagne to the cake (gluten free), ceremony, photographs and video and the meal in Saffron Indian restaurant. All very good value for money. To be recommended.

Staff are amazing they can't do enough for you. I would give them 5 stars.
Food was really good I don't think we had a bad meal during the 12 nights we were on board.
The reasons for 3 stars are the drinks, we had the drinks package and for some reason they don't serve bottled water, why goodness only knows, this caused queues in the buffet most mornings as people tried to fill their water bottles whilst people were trying to get their fruit juice from the same machine. Also when you order a soft drink they pour you a 200ml serving from a can - why can't they just give you the can. I was served the wrong drink 3 times I was served soda water instead of sprite zero.
Finally, the boat itself is old and we were unfortunate to be in a room where the air conditioning was really loud. Our room steward even commented on it. We complained repeatedly, the fitters tried 4 times to fix it but couldn't. Also when the sea was a bit choppy and our cabin creaked and made lots of strange noises one of which sounded like a marble rolling round in the ceiling.
We were on a cruise to Iceland and the ports we stopped in were really good - I would definitely go back to Iceland but not on an Ambassador cruise.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Very impressed with the entertainment. We managed to see all the evening shows, which was unusual for us.
The food and service in the Buckingham, was fantastic. Met some wonderful people on table 54. Staff that served us was great.
Room service was efficient and unintrusive.
Impressed with the trip booking process.
Need to assess the heading, of moderate hike. Due to the age of some of your clients.

The staff were amazing.
But. Whenever you see BUT you know something was wrong.
Food was fantastic for a gluten free like me. Food was so carefully made to suit all of us with dietary requirements.
But.
Our trip was to Iceland. So while England was sweltering, we were cold. But we had gone with winter clothes, so were prepared.
But. The heating controls in our room didn’t work. So we complained. An engineer changed the thermostat, still no change. We complained again, someone came and left a note. STILL no change. We went and spoke to the reception customer services……you guessed, NO CHANGE. We went to bed dressed for 4 nights. I should have asked for extra bedding…….but no staff thought to offer extra duvets.
When we returned I wrote a letter, stamp and post box style, to one of the directors listed on the internet.
I asked for a similar reply. I am still waiting.
I got an e-mail saying they would contact me in 28 days. It failed to name the sender, so we have no point of contact.
And, like the repair, it has yet to happen.

Had a great time,food excellent and entertainment great.

Customer service is horrendous overcharged agreed price over the phone sent confirmation totally different price. Phoned back incompetent Saturday person told they unable to do anything and would need to call back on Monday. Called Monday the person spoke to couldn’t careless listening to my issue and concerns awaiting for my complaint to be dealt with prob get a new a PM first

Customer service is horrendous phoned on a Saturday one incompetent member off staff working. Over charged me and told me to phone back on Monday to fix. Woman spoke to one Monday morning couldn’t care less. My last booking with this company of crooks.

I cruises from Liverpool to Norwegian Fjords on Ambition. I wasn't sure about cruising on a smaller ship, but I had a great time. Food was really good. Entertainment was excellent. Staff were all friendly and super helpful and hard working.

Loved this cruise, cannot fault it. The no-fly part was an absolute dream, embarking and disembarking was faultless. Food was great everywhere we ate and staff could not do enough for passengers. Shameful that some passengers ignored staffs request for handwashing on entering to eat, or to use hand sanitizer ...do these idiots not remember covid and the possibility of norovirus ... suppose you cannot reason with the unreasonable. I would do this Fjord cruise again from Dundee in a heartbeat. Loved the 4 night cruise, just brilliant.

The ship is small so meeting fellow passengers is more likely. In the dining room I like how the staff allocate seating to help with mixing. Great food. The staff are all friendly and efficient. Palladum shows are so professional. Excellent cruise.

Everything about this cruise was amazing. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Entertainment was brilliant and plenty to do on sea days. This was our 4th cruise on Ambience and will definitely book another in the future. Tilbury is a great location for us to travel to

From arriving at the Port of Liverpool we received the best courteous treatment. Cases taken and at our cabin door as we arrived, Greated by our steward who informed us of treats wine fruit and chocolates awaiting for us such wonderful service.
Clean comfortable room excellent food, all staff on board cheerful attentive all happy to ensure our cruise met expectations.
Shows best ever, plenty of variety throughout the day spar is a must.
Can't wait to book our next adventure.

Once again a truly enjoyable cruise on Ambition. The general atmosphere, attentive staff, quality entertainment and excellent food never fails to impress. Nothing is too much trouble to the very professional and friendly staff. This is quality cruising and why we keep coming back.

Staff and Service Brilliant

It was the best holiday that I have had in many years. Trying to define the part that we enjoyed the most is very difficult as we enjoyed so many different experiences. The bars were an excellent as we met other people and had lovely chats. Then there were the craft groups, the choir and theatre all enormous fun and entertaining. I hardly dare mention the food , superb is not enough.
My son, who has a very short concentration span , never once complained or had a tantrum. In fact he suggested that we sign up for next year. And so we did
