Ambala , I am sorry to say all misleading, disingenuous, and downright deceitful. When do you want to order something for a wedding? You want to order it with confidence, knowing that you are going to get precisely what you need for this very special day. Instead, you are met with people who will not take your call, people who will not escalate the matter to a manager, and you will never, under any circumstances, receive a callback from somebody in authority. I understand that Ambala has recently been purchased for £23 Million. Well, in my opinion they are destroying this amazing brand. I will never utilise them again, and certainly never for any important event.
