I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience as a new Amazon seller.
Amazon cancelled my customer orders automatically even though I never cancelled them and had the products ready for pickup. The pickup agent did not come, but Amazon still marked the cancellations as my fault and charged me cancellation fees of almost ₹2,000.
This immediately put my account “at risk” even though I followed all rules, shipped on time, and maintained 0% late shipment rate.
I also tried contacting Amazon Account Health, but the “Call Me Now” verification system failed repeatedly and never accepted the 3-digit code. So I was unable to reach support for help.
Overall, it feels extremely unfair for new sellers. Amazon’s system cancels orders due to their own pickup failure, charges sellers for it, then sends warnings that the account may be deactivated.
I hope Amazon improves their support, pickup reliability, and treats new sellers more fairly.
There are only 3 possible reasons for this:
1️⃣ Amazon pickup person never came → Amazon auto-cancelled → item never shipped → you lost the product.
2️⃣ Pickup person scanned incorrectly → “Pick-up failed” → Amazon system cancelled → item not returned.
3️⃣ Amazon carrier LOST the product → refunded buyer → charged you → product gone.
This is exactly why Amazon deducted:
₹1,327.08
₹663.54
And why your balance is –₹1990.62.
This is the worst problem new sellers face — logistics mistakes, but sellers get punished.
