I do like Amazon fresh

I do like Amazon fresh, the only problem I find is that it's to limited in products, I'm a big consumer of leeks, Amazon fresh don't sell leeks, and other items, please can you had more products, go to other big brand supermarkets and see for yourself, please don't mention Morrisons I hate Morrisons the quality is very poor

We need honest delivery drivers

I've generally been pleased with the delivery service from Amazon Fresh and not had many problems. HOWEVER, not today.

The driver arrived, I opened the door for him via the intercom (I live in a flat), and then it seems at some point he decided he couldn't be bothered to continue with the delivery after all. My order was for an "attended delivery" as I (1) can't have them leaving it downstairs for someone to steal and -trust me - it has happened in the past (2) I can't manage those items on my own as I've ordered bulky items.

So; if the driver decided he couldn't deal with loading the items into a lift etc. that's fine I get it (maybe he had no trolley - I dunno - he'd still lose points though). What's NOT fine though is not delivering and then marking it as "Delivered"!!! This is just pure dishonesty 😡😡😡. It essentially means he gets to keep the items I paid a lot of money for. 😡

It's quite difficult to get Amazon Fresh support via the Amazon site. However, I was eventually (and it took a while) able to speak to someone via phone. They have arranged a refund and I've reordered the same delivery for later today (let's hope it's not the same delivery guy).

His actions lost Amazon Fresh 3 stars. The two stars are for the help I got from customer service (once I finally found a way to speak to someone). However, if my refund doesn't appear in the next few days they'll lose yet another star and I'll be on to them again.

I agree with all one star reviews

I agree with all one star reviews. My grocery order was on the way, driver around the corner and suddenly order cancelled. Received an email that driver was unable to deliver because no one was at the delivery address which is a lie. The driver was too lazy to get off the car, find the entrance and ring the door bell. He reported he was trying to call me but there was no signal so he decided to cancel. It is just unbelievable. You need to replace all your drivers. We paying for delivery but your lazy drivers expecting us to wait for them outside before they even arrive and take our bags ourselves while they just comfortably sitting in a car. Otherwise they cancelling order and giving a false reason. AVOID!!!

This used to be a good service

This used to be a good service. My last two orders were several hours late, which is a problem if you have to be at home for delivery. The order tracking doesn't work properly either. Just not really worth it anymore.

Amazon Fresh

Amazon Fresh, Absolutely terrible! Do not and I repeat, do NOT trust them to deliver your Amazon Fresh for a special day. I ordered my delivery for this morning as I am hosting a Birthday Party today and cannot leave the house due to an engineer coming to fix my satellite. So I thought best to order the food shopping. I am also disabled and have mobility issues. I had the bell ring and had my ‘other’ parcels delivered from Amazon (NOT THE FOOD ONES). So clearly I’m in to take deliveries! Then I’m still awaiting the Amazon Fresh. I then get a text that ‘Delivery was REFUSED by me!’ They didn’t even ATTEMPT to deliver the 29 items that came up to £105. Instead now says a refund will be issued (5 working days). They didn’t even TRY! I rang up Amazon and the lady on the phone was from Digital department and tried to get them for me. Short story she couldn’t. So left them a message telling them of their error and for them to call me. She said they will in 2 minutes. Still nothing an hour later. I don’t know what I am going to do with the guests are arriving in 3 hours and it was all suppose to be set up by then. I can’t leave the house and that was a HUGE portion of my money for the food, so I don’t even have it refunded back instantly. I was here literally sitting by the door and they didn’t even try. Very very rude and I am very disappointed. THEY are not being truthful. Not even a call. Before I thought services were ok. A few double payments or items missing. But this is the last straw and has cemented that I am never relying on them for important occasions again. Never!

Disappointed

1. The delivery charge was outrageous
2. Milk ordered expired in 5 days. That's not fresh!
3. Most certainly won't be using Amazon fresh again.

I’m really disappointed with my recent…

I’m really disappointed with my recent Amazon Fresh order. Several essential items were missing, and I waited in all day for the delivery. I was initially told I’d receive a full refund “to make up for the inconvenience” — only to later be told that actually wasn’t possible.

It’s frustrating to be given reassurance and then have it reversed, especially after wasting an entire day at home waiting. I’ve used Amazon Fresh many times before without issue, but this experience has really knocked my confidence. Clear communication and consistency are the least I expect. I hope they resolve this properly in future.

Amazon parcel collection

Sick of last minute cancelled…

Sick of last minute cancelled deliveries. Happens about 30% of the time obviously when your delivery guys have had enough and want to call it a night. Sort it out Bezos.

Worked fine for me

Interesting! I tried the service for the first time today and was totally satisfied. All items arrived, ice packs in lined bags kept contents cold and driver arrived on time. Don’t usually give ‘rave’ reviews so have tempered this in the light of the one star ratings. Will try again soon to see if I just got ‘lucky’.

Ordered food as we had none in the…

Ordered food as we had none in the house so needed it for my children the same day. Was told delivery would be by 6pm to then be sat here at 10pm being told the order has been cancelled and the money will be refunded in 3-5 days. In the meantime that was all the money I had so I am now left with trying to think how I am going to feed my family for the next 3-5 days. Explained this to them to be told 'sorry' and offered £20 to spend with amazon. As if I would ever order again

NO SHOW FOR MY WEEKLY FOOD SHOP

I ordered my weekly shop with Amazon and it didn't arrive.Amazon sent a lame message saying it couldn't be delivered but, offered no reason why or an alternative delivery. A waste of my time and energy.

I would give them no stars if I could

I would give them no stars if I could. Was tracking my order and driver never even come close to my home despite me being home all day waiting for delivery. They cancelled minutes before my delivery time slot stating no one was home to take the delivery. Now I have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund. Seems they have lazy drivers who can't be bothered to even try and deliver. Just for context I am near 02 driver was other side of the river when he cancelled stating no one was home.

The best

The best of all the delivery supermarkets. Fast, efficient, good value, comes in paper bags so no extra costs like Ocado, packed neatly, expiry dates are far enough atleast a week. I normally order from Morrison’s using the Amazon fresh app because they have more options but the Fresh food is also really good. This, Kindle and Alexa are the best Amazon products and the only I use. For context I live about 2.5 miles from Amazon Fresh Camden and 2.3 miles from Morrisons
