They're scammers based in Pakistan.

This company is completely untrustworthy. I paid them $400 for book editing and publication, but they failed to deliver any services. Despite numerous emails, messages, and calls, I received no response for an entire week. When they finally replied, they claimed there were additional clauses and demanded another $400. I explained that I couldn't pay, and since then, they have completely ignored all my attempts to contact them. Please avoid this company at all costs they take advantage of people's emotions and shatter their dreams.
