Everything seem to go OK. Just wasn't sure on when to receive.

My husband is into grilling now and this was the perfect Christmas gift. Then to add the LED lights, he was over the moon.

My daughter's cockatiel (Snuggles) died about 1 month age of old age, he was almost 29. I wanted to get some kind of a memorial and by luck I ran across AMS website. When I received it, I was quite pleased with the quality, and workmenship of this item. I will keep AMS in mind for the future.

The metal steamboat was very professionally made and worked well on a project we were working on. Shipping was a little delayed.

Tried to cancel before item shipped. Their only response was " do you want the item sent to a different address". DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I ordered an address sign for our new cottage and they made it with the wrong house numbers but yet they shipped it to the correct address. Customer service (Cindy) is horrible and rude, accusing me of making a mistake, not them. They are refusing to send me a new sign or providing a refund. They offered an insulting discount if I paid to order a new sign. This is a Vietnam-based company. They delay in production and then sending the wrong sign is inexcusable.

Nice craftsmanship and received in a timely manner

The signs I ordered were exactly what I wanted. All lettering was correct and my granddaughter loved them. The memorials to her first pets will leave her a lasting remembrance. Appreciated the quick delivery

They put the wrong date on my sign and I can’t seem to get customer service to return my email. Since the personalization doesn’t show in the order I have no recourse.
