Yeah I bought the engine from you guys and you sent me a metal paper weight of an engine. You ripped me off tha y should be illegal. Send me my money or an engine as displayed in your add for a child to build. I had to purchase a different engine model from Walmart to give to my grandchild, that us shameful my name is Luis Santiago and I would appreciate either a refund for the thing you sent me or a real working model

Very happy with the items I ordered. They arrived within one week of ordering, were in good condition and were as described on the website.

Ordered candle for $18.95 plus $7+ shipping. Web site pictures show decent size but doesn't state the size. States 1-3 days delivery in U.S. Ordered on 7/30/24. Used tracking number and found out it tales 6 days just to get out of China. Tracked to LAX on 8/5/24. Finally got it by USPS om 8/17/24 after repeated emails back and forth with customer service. These candles are actually 3" tall X 21/2" diameter. Can't even see them from 5' away. Needless to say this is a complete ripoff. Don't buy from them.

Too small so I wanted to exchange but zero response after several attempts to email them. Do not recommend!

Very bad experience. My order arrived on the wrong size and I’ve made multiple efforts to contact Castomer service with no results. Looks like fraudulent company.

Do not buy here total garbage - can’t write how disappointed I am at wasting $140 on two pairs of cheap and nasty pants that wouldn’t fit a child - please save your money

Inferior products and very poor quality. The WORST company to deal with. They will string you along promising refund but it never eventuates. They just keep putting it off. If I could give minus zero stars I would. Be warned and hope this is a deterrent for others. Their website and advertising through social media should be banned as they are scammers!

DO NOT buy anything from this company. I ordered women's pants described as crepe, and supposedly in a long length - i.e. 34 inch inseam. What I received was the cheapest polyester possible, that only went halfway down my shins. I attempted to return and kept getting evasions and offers of them sending me more garbage products if I paid them more money. Their website states they will return, but buyer has to pay shipping, but they refuse to provide an address to do so. As a result, I have given up on getting anything back from them, but I AM going to write reviews wherever I can. BUYER BEWARE.

I ordered from this company & when I wanted to return the items, they would not gi5e me their mailing address & ended up only refunding at 50%. I will not do business with a company like this with such poor customer ser5ice.

Horrible experience. I usually check online if a site is scam before buying but this time I didn't and it is absolutely garbage. They sent me three pants that are very poorly made and the material is also plastic. Definitely not useable and weird sizes. The bigger problem is their customer support. They reply to messages with weird messages like 'dear customer. I know ' when I asked for a return label for my purchase and added a screenshot of their 30 days return policy online. They are horrible and wouldn't provide the address to ship back the items instead giving me a city name saying go check the amount you'd pay if you want to return I said no I want the full address I won't go to the place to check than to return I'll do it all at once but they are just gaining time I guess. Please don't waste your money. I really wish these people/scammers get caught. They spend their time finding ways to scam us and steal our money and we spend the whole month working hard to earn that money. I will do whatever I can to warn people.

This company is a scam - prints shipping label in order to charge credit card but the "package is not picked up" according to tracking info. No response to multiple inquiries to company via support email address, messenger and live support chat.

Ordered what I thought was good quality Crepe trousers in medium…
Received cheapest pair of polyester trousers that wouldn’t even fit my 12 yr old granddaughter… won’t refund only want me to send another $8USD for them to send me a bigger size… no way will I do that… total scam.. took weeks to arrive … guess it’s my loss… should have checked out their site 😒😒😒😡😡😡

They are a big scam and fraud company. They sent a cheap quality defected item. it was supposedly 2 weeks delivery but i received it 1 and a half months later with a defected item. I asked for a refund and they refused and the funny thing is on their website they have buyer protection for refund :) i never had an issue like this in my life. Even they have removed the item i bought from them so that i can't write a bad review. Also tried to post comments on instagram and facebook, it doesn't show your written comments!!

If I could give this company a less than one star I would. The “bra” I saw advertised is NOT what I received. I spent over $60 for a piece of fabric that is going straight to the trash. They refuse to admit that there is anything wrong with their product (no returns or refunds) and their solution to the problem was for me to purchase another one for $8?! Please learn from my mistake and do not give this business your money!

1st off they tried billing as paypal which it isn't. Which caused me to cancel my credit card
2nd the picture shown and what received was a knock off that some one put together and isnt what it suppose to do.

The problem with this company is that they’re an overseas trader and they are not easy to accommodate returns.
When you don’t like your product they are not going to be willing to let you return it for a refund, because it’s too much hassle for them.
You will pay for the return shipping on your own the best I can get them to do was to give me 5% of the return shipping costs, but it’s just not even worth it in the end, so I do not advise using them.

NEGATIVE ZERO RATING !!!!! Let's start with HORRIBLE SERVICE!! DO NOT BUY bras from this company. The bras were not sized appropriately. I requested a refund. They offered to send me different sizes with me paying $8.99 shipping fee PER ITEM. What? I offered to return the items back to the shipping center. They refused!! They would only accept the items if they were returned to China. Get tf out of here. I am so pissed. I will never again. Thank goodness I only wasted $41 BUT how many $41 dollars are they getting without delivering the products promised??!!!! Scammers!!!!!
