Very very poor. Sent wrong size and would not replace it offering £6 disappointing 😡😡😡

Ordered something - point of sale experience was standard. Select buy confirmation of parcel dispatch

Over a month later notification that the parcel had been delivered.

No proof of delivery, no photograp, no signature… the tracking page suggested delivered in Gateshead… I live in North Tyneside (ten miles away and across the river!)

I asked for a refund as I have not received the goods and am dissatisfied with the customer service and failure to deliver my goods. Then to be told by their customer services, after the gazillion requests for “check with your neighbours” (who also live in north Tyneside and NOT Gateshead!, “check with the post office,” who had no connection with this parcel and could not help, then to be told “you can sue the courier for non delivery”

I have asked for a refund every response for a week and still nothing other than … can you check, we’ve done so we can, it’s down to you.

I have no idea where this parcel may have been delivered to, I have no idea which courier they have used … I have no desire for anything other than a full refund and have nothing more to do with this shower.

This has to be one the poorest companies I have had the misfortune to deal with.

Ordered wireless trailer lights and they sent the wrong item, only give refund if I sent wrong items back to china. Offered £10 refund to keep the item they sent which is useless
Scam company do not deal with they have no customer service and no loyalty to there customers stay clear and use a company that have ethics

Ordered a set of rear magnetic lights powered by placing an item in the trailer lights socket, what I received was one tail light with wires to power it nothing like the advertised item complete con

The final charge was too high
A mug was listed for £9.99 with postage extra at £3.99. However the final amount charged to PayPal was £17.72 with no warning.
Beware, these guys are ripping you off...

They randomly took £3 more than the order total from my card. They're apparently looking into it. I'm sure they're actually just scammers. Will be interested to see what, if anything, arrives.

Update: they refunded the overpayment, the item arrived and was as described. I have increased my score.

Amazdays run a common scam...
The customer buys an item, the seller then sends something useless in place of the correct item. When the customer complains, the seller offers a tiny amount as compensation if the buyer keeps the useless item instead of returning it because they assume that you will accept their line that it is the customer that is responsible for the return postage to China.
Always pay with PayPal as it is the only protection that you have!
I expect better of companies that I choose to buy from!

Item was never delivered still trying to get refund they keep saying delivered but they have no proof waste of time and they keep send the same emails out rubbish

I wouldn't trust them.
Items delivered were not as advertised on the website. I was also provided two sets of conflicting delivery information after I chased my order when it hadn't arrived. I asked multiple times why my order was incorrect and why one delivery schedule said the items were coming from the USA and the other from China. Each time I asked, the questions were unanswered and ignored or avoided, making me very suspicious.

Eventually, they issued a partial refund, but they're not transparent about their operations, and the website is misleading if you choose product options as to what you're receiving, so I would not recommend ordering from them.

It would be 1 star if not for the partial refund.
