Sold a faulty vacuum sent it back 3 times being sent in circles. Even sent a video.

We see this company as a fraud
We see this company as a fraud. We have ordered some material for business emergency, we have paid express delivery to get it delivered on certain day. They delayed delivery by 3 business days and not wanting to refund the amount we have paid for express delivery. I do not live in Czech Republic and they want to give me only coupons which are of no use, also I don't think we will use this website anymore due to very bad experience hence vouchers are completely useless. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE, NOT TRUST WORTHY AND NOT RELIABLE WHEN IT COMES DELIVERY COMMITMENT. PERIOD.

Terrible. I ordered 2 items to an alza box and one of them wasn't inside. It took me 3 months to get a refund and it was only because I posted on their public facebook telling them that I'll call the police. I'll use mall.cz.

Terrible purchasing experience
Alza may have excellent customer service, but the payment process is infuriating. First, my bank refused to send money through their payment gateway. Then, when I paid for my order via the QR code in the order confirmation email -- a payment my bank confirmed was put in Alza's account immediately -- I got excuses about waiting for payment to go through.
Alza, obviously your devs are incompetent and your finance department processes are not working. Get a new dev team and update your finance department's processes. I cannot recommend buying anything from this company, which is a pity, because their customer service really is stellar.

The worst customer service I have ever…
The worst customer service I have ever experienced in Czech Republic. They did not deliver the package and claimed that I can either sign some declaration, or money will be returned once goods will be back in their warehouse. Month has passed they still did not returned me money, I guess it take more that one month to return stuff to warehouse . Eventually I signed their declaration that stated “that I will not collect goods if someone tries to deliver them to me”, despite the fact that I ordered goods to alza box... this is the most stupid procedure that I have ever seen...

Really bad experience when trying to report damage good. Don't respect any warranty even I paid extra to have extended warranty on this product. They don't want to arrange the product collection. Non UK company don't respect our common rules. Avoid Avoid!!

Don’t buy any products from this company. They sent me a faulty product and it has been an absolute nightmare to try to send it back. The product was collected last week and has for some reason been redelivered back to my house today. Completely unacceptable.
