Dishwasher broke exactly after 2 years! A day or two after 2 year warranty ends. We PAID EXTRA for 2 yr warranty. Total nightmare to return item (whole process). Only to have to return dishwasher ourself in car. Then to be told 10 days later "No Faults" were founds, when it was clearly leaking and only completing 75% of cycle. Bosch and Alza are now on our BlackList, wont ever be buying anything from these brands ever again AVOID ALAZA!

The last 18 JANUARY I ordered a usb wifi, I payed with money transfered from my unicredit bank account, customer service said me, I didn´t pay, I have the charge in my account and they do not send the product..THIS IS A SCAMMER PLACE..BECAREFULL!!

Late, again.
They're fine, the have lots of products, but lately they keep missing their deadlines on delivery. And they are so casual ablut it. "hey look, yeah we said we're gonna deliver today at 8:00,but actually we're gonna deliver your product in 5 days, thanks, see ya" next time when you screw up someone's delivery, voucher for free shipping should be sent, and proper apology should be written.

Free delivery we sometimes offer as well, but there could be some conditions (like spend over 40EUR) and if there is any trouble from our side we of course refund the shipping cost, let me know your order number and I will check what happened. Good selection of tech products. I ordered a screen at a good price there. I appreciated getting online prices and collection at Alza stores avoids expensive shipping fees.
Removing one star because of the item arriving slightly later than initially announced.
