I picked a smaller size for my necklace and it didn't feel right. Alya helped me swap it, and she replied fast. Shipping back and forth took time, but it worked out.

my necklace is super glossy - almost mirror-like. The only thing is the purple looks a bit lighter than I pictured, but it still wears nicely.
My baroque pearl bracelet and it's amazing. The luster is really nice
These mini perl earrings feel delicate and they don't tire my ears. The shine is brighter than I expected. Next time I might try a purple pair.
This baroque pendant was bigger than I expected. I like the shape a lot, and it honestly surprised me in a good way when I opened the box.
I asked to change the clasp for my necklace. The magnetic clasp is so much easier than my older ones, and I can put it on fast without help.
Took a little over two weeks to arrive. I was impatient, but once I wore the ring, the design felt totally worth waiting for.
My necklace feels softer than the one I bought before. It drapes nicely, and the knots between pearls make it sit smoothly on my neck without that stiff feeling.
Alya and I spent three days to picking a large green Tahitian Pearl. The color is unreal in person and shifts a bit in different light. I'm so happy!
I should have read the reviews here before I even ordered! I got my first shipment and I did not expect the pearls to be so small considering the price...I sent another order a few days after my first which I should not have... I sent it before I received the first shipment... I still have not received it to date! Considering I ordeed last week of November 2025! I kept following up in their INstagram account but to no avail! They keep saying its already in Canada and the shipping company in Canada can not say where it is now! They don't even know which shipping company they use here in Canada! They gave me phone numbers to follow up but they don't work! So frustrated! I finally said just refund me my money but I have to wait and see if tyey would! My order ilcosts $250 USD which is not cheap!
they say "5A grade pearls", the earings i got are TOO FAR AWAY from that, very disappointed, i do not reccomend buy from this page at all, it also took 3 weeks to arrive, not to mention the very cheap packaging.

Every time I put on my baroque pendant, I marvel at its lustre. Every time I wear it, I like it even a bit more. I'm looking forward to my next pearl purchase. Thank you Alya!
The pearls were extremely small to the point that they look for my 6y old grandaughter !
Refund was denied!! Never again
