Fabulous products, carefully delivered in good time with great communication.

The shop and items are very good quality. We brought a couple of items for Christmas. The colours available and thickness of the hoodie and lounge pants were perfect for the weather and communication was great. We ended up with two packages due to stock shortages but they kept us advised all through the process and if it weren’t for the courier this would be five stars.
On both deliveries despite us buzzing the delivery driver into the block they decided not to deliver to the door and to just leave the parcels in whatever communal area they fancied. The first time it was on the second floor despite us telling them the floor number on buzzing them in. This is a five floor block with a working lift. This time it was the ground floor visible to anyone walking past who could’ve actually quite easily taken the parcel.

Good colour but overpriced product, a 15cm wide fine, however not dense strip at £28, You will need 4 to decorate a larger Christmas tree.

I recently ordered the Always Sunday Weekend Tracksuit for my wife and I’m so impressed! The delivery service was fantastic—quick and hassle-free. The quality of the tracksuit is outstanding: thick, luxurious fabric that feels premium and perfect for the colder weather ahead.
The sizing of the top was a little generous, but I reached out to Lexi and the team, and they were amazing. Without hesitation, they arranged to send me the next size down. Their customer service is second to none—friendly, efficient, and so helpful.
I can’t wait to stay cosy in this tracksuit. Highly recommend Always Sunday for both quality and service! I will def be back for the Green one.

I ordered the classic Classic Salt and Pepper Mills. They are really great quality and although packed really nicely one arrived with a scratch - but the support team got a replacement out to us within 2-days.

Why offer a 10% discount off first purchase if you immediately say it’s invalid from my first purchase. Is this just so you can add me to your mailing list? I’ll buy elsewhere at full price just because I find this practice irritating.

you need a better system for answering the door for pick ups. I knocked several times and could see people in the shop. I was left waiting for too long - I nearly gave up. A bell would be a good option as I`m sure they would hear this.
I love the products though!

Ordered three tealights, on line they were a definite shade of brown and completely opaque, what arrived was a purple shade and completely see thru, took a week to get a response and then this Co claimed they did not think the items were "all that different" and could not be returned, would leave a minus rating if that were only possible, this Co has zero customer service skills, they take days to respond to repeated emails and completely ignore voicemails, their response was absolutely as I expected it to be, i.e. "not their fault", avoid this Co, they are the most unprofessional sorry excuse for an online retailer, its of little surprise that their actual store is now closed and they are only online, very telling......
