Have only delt with Konstantinos Chrysikos but can't fault his knowledge and helpfulness, Exelent advise I would highly recommend them

IF I WERE YOU I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, they will take advantage of you until you are broke or all your is on their account.

at 1 point during Brexit pound was going low they offered to put all of my money£ into their euro account and kept pushing over and over again.
all I have to say is that avoid this company, they do not care about your money as long as it is in their pockets.
I'm new trader so I started off with alvexo and they passed me down over to 4 different people.

worst thing that they're always asking to put more money into the account, instead of working with smaller size that's good for my account they always pushed for big sizes even tho my account can't handle it and at the end they blame me for it because it was my decision.

now I understand, their platform when executing trades is sometimes very wrong and very slow, when you one click on buy something at current price, it delays it by 2-3 seconds sometimes.

and on occasions when the commodity markets closed, their bid and ask price are totally different, which only affected the real account and not the demo account, so if you bought gold at 1290, when gold market closes for that day, then its down 1280 during market close, its just a gap, but it has a price affect on my real account but not the demo.

their demo and real accounts are both modified and their demos do not reflect the same as the real account.

I would highly recommend anyone whose new to trading not to trade with Cyprus brokers or this alvexo, to obtain a brokerage license in Cyprus is the easiest in the world, which for this company would make sense.

go for uk FCA licensed brokers or American licensed ones.
and never trade with any company that ask for big amount of money or to take big positions especially if your new, after all you won't learn nothing with big size, you will just loose your money faster.

o I almost forgot to say, due to my experience im 90% sure they bid against you.

Before Alvexo, I was with another broker. The stress was real they were constantly asking you to go and borrow money to add to your acc.

Early Review
Still early days, but so far so good. My account manager (Barbara George) is superb. She explains things very well and crosschecks to make sure you have understood everything. She's also very patient.

I get regular fundamental news on various assets then we select to review and conduct a technical analysis to forecast/predict the market trend.
