I would not recommend this company for an e-loa. The process for returning the vehicle is extremely unclear and complicated. If you wish to return the car, they will only repurchase it from you at a very low price, and you must still cover the remaining balance owed to the financing company.

This information was never explained to me. When I asked Anthony about the return conditions, he told me that the car could be returned, but he did not clarify that it would be repurchased at a low value. I requested a 3-year e-loa, yet they set it to 5 years. This feels very misleading.

The car’s price was €13,000, but with financing it increased to nearly €19,000. After a year and a half, the car’s value dropped to €7,000, meaning I would need to pay an additional €5,000 if I chose to return it.

My experience with Renault has been completely different. We were the first owners of a Clio, and when we returned it after two years, we did not have to pay anything. Compared to that, Alvergnas has been extremely disappointing and feels dishonest.

Helping my mom look for a car on alvergnas.com was more frustrating than it should have been. While the site has a decent selection, the user experience is poor—the filters are clunky, details are sometimes missing, and it's hard to compare options clearly. Customer service was also slow to respond when we had questions. It feels like they’re more focused on listing cars than actually helping people make informed decisions. Needs serious improvement.
