I recently had doors installed by Aluwdoors, and I am incredibly impressed. It is very rare to find a team that cares this much about their work and gives 110% service. From the very first interaction, everything was handled with exceptional professionalism.

My initial inquiry was answered immediately, and I was able to book a visit to the showroom in Nunspeet at a time that was perfect for me. I particularly appreciated that all correspondence was conducted in English without me even having to ask—a thoughtful touch that made the process much smoother.

The measurement technician arrived bang on time and did a fantastic job. The quote was delivered within 24 hours, exactly as promised. Leading up to the installation, every question was answered fast and efficiently. When I called with requests, I was connected to the right person within seconds, and if they weren't available, I received a callback the same day.

The installation team was perfect. They were professional and skilled, and there were no issues. Even when a part wasn't on-site, the problem was fixed within an hour with no delay to the project. The doors are now fitted and look perfect.

I am unable to find a single fault. If you are looking for a company that truly values its customers, look no further. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Apart from the fact that the door itself looks really nice as a product, the whole installation process with this company was a real nightmare. They started drilling holes in our ceiling without even checking if there are any electric cables and of course they cut one of them. Then they were telling us there is no wooden plank in the ceiling, which wasn’t true. Fixing the electricity and cutting the ceiling, plastering and painting it back costed 800eur and only after many emails and almost involving lawyers they returned us half of the amount, which means it still costed us 400eur for something that wasn’t our fault at all. I still don’t understand how someone can be so unprofessional.

I had an amazing experience. I ordered a tailor made door (which the staff helped me design, after I struggled a bit) and everything went very smoothly. I had several questions and they checked everything for me, without delay, sending me pictures of colours when needed. They were very expat friendly, which I appreciated a lot. They installed the door very smoothly, with recommendations, and replied and addressed some questions I had even after the installation. I 100% recommend them, the door just gets so many compliments!!

Our doors have been installed now for a few months and it was the best investment we have made to our house. The function and quality are outstanding and the price was reasonable. The service was very good and friendly.
