Communication was easy. Laura patiently took me through the process of registration and made it simple to understand and follow.
They answered the phone without long periods of waiting and all the information was seamless and straightforward, which gave us confidence.

Over and above what I was expecting
Sheldon was/is superb. He came in to review a couple of sites but whilst on site realised there was more to be saved by combining sites together. The result was a huge saving.
I had always been sceptical with these rates review companies but Altus Group certainly destroyed that myth. Thank you

Easy to use portal and very easy to sign up! its comfortable knowing I don’t need to make a phone call to find out an update I can do this in my own time. Also any issues I have had I’ve been contacted straight the way with the issue dealt with professionally and within a timely manner.
