False Advertising

The product (dress) was received did not match listing sizing or the examples of images of the dress.
Request for refund was sent, with no further follow up from the business received in over 2 weeks.

I will be sending a complaint to the BBB.

i ordered almost a month ago i even paid for the express shipment and i haven´t received anything. I send messages and all that they said is that i have to keep waiting. This is a scam page do not buy over there, worst service i ever had, i want my refund.

I ordered a five item shipment over a month ago. It was split into 3 shipments and while I received 2 items in 2 different shipments, 3 of the higher priced items still haven't been delivered to me, even though the shipment is marked as "delivered". I hit up the company the day before the package was marked delivered and they said it'd arrive "soon" but when it was marked as delivered the next day and I couldn't find it in my mailbox (I was home that day too), I responded in the original thread and got no response. Since then I opened up 2 more support tickets with absolutely no response. I hate this because it's at least $70 wasted on items I was excited about but will clearly never receive. Customer support is trash and I haven't gotten so much as a response, let alone a refund. Save your money and go somewhere with a better track record. I don't normally have this much of a vendetta against a company but this is extraordinarily negligent service and if I can help someone else not make the same mistake as me and lose their money, I will.

I ordered online . Only to find out that they don’t have Philippine Address !
I wrote to them and no one from their company came back to me .

I just want to be refunded for what I paid for . Please just refund me back !!!!!

I got my badass dress 1 month after my order but it was worth the wait! It fitted me like a glove!:)) I looked HOT!

Took more than 2 months to arrive and when finally did the order and packaging was damaged
No follow up or feedback from website....

Never received my item. Scam for sure. Company replied to one email saying it should arrive soon, never did, and now they have not replied to my 2 emails since.

I ordered a cat suit from Altur, then found these reviews online and freaked out! BUT I not only got my stuff super fast - I also really love it.. it's of fairly good quality and looks great. The only thing is they do not communicate that well - out of three emails I sent them they only replied to one.

I ordered item in January. Never received notification from the post, when I checked tracking the pack was already sent back. Contacted the provider, filled the item not received form. After this no response from the company, never received the item, never received money back. There is 0 answer from their email or the website form. Complete scam.

Support just ask for order number and go stealth afterward.

I made an order 2,5 months ago and it never arrived. I wrote them few emails and filled in an online form. I never got any respond and my money wasn’t returned. THIEVES!!!!

Choker and leash combo broke first use and I've been waiting months to get cuffs I ordered, contacted them plenty with only sometimes getting replies, filled out their forms, I'm convinced I'm not getting them. Smh don't buy from them

super upset. been waiting over two months now for my order- i guess it’s my fault for not checking the reviews first. i tried tracking my package, it just stopped on april 28, & i emailed twice about it, got only vague responses. i’m heartbroken & over $50 out. damn.

I would rate zero stars if I could. Website was offering a promo on a free set of handcuffs or collar/leash with selected harnesses ordered, same promotion was also emailed to me.
I followed the promotion instructions to a T and was charged for the handcuffs. I finally received what I had ordered and the harness was missing a strap, so I can't even wear it! I have sent so many emails to them and they have not replied. MASSIVE SCAM, DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

Buyer BEWARE! This is not a scam, but not far from it either. It’s a Chinese company that takes your money and ships you GARBAGE that looks absolutely nothing like what's pictured. On top of that, you will most likely not receive your entire order. The items are shipped one at a time, even if its something like – 3 Piece Garter Set – that is typically shipped together, not with this place –you will get them separately. Not to mention that you will wait 30+ days to get any of it. I am still waiting on items that were ordered in February for Valentines Day. Customer service does not exist with this company. I have sent numerous emails only to receive ONE auto-reply to give them time to work on it (2 months after the order was placed). Spare yourself from stress and shop elsewhere.

Oh. My. God! I cannot believe how many people experienced the same thing as me. This website is definitely a SCAM!! They rip customers off and steal people's money. I ordered a body harness back on February 15, 2019, and got an email confirmation that it was shipped on February 23, 2019. It's been well over a month, and my package STILL hasn't arrived. Nobody from customer service has responded back to my emails or FB messages. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! This whole business is a fraud.

Got part of the order - but not it all . When I contacted them it took months to reply & they just keep asking for an order number . Awful customer service - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they will scam you

If I could give it zero stars I would.
I placed an order almost 2 months ago, which still hasn’t arrived. Ive chased them 3 times so far, to be met with the response of “we’re sorry we’re really busy”...but still no update or info on my order. I’ve even asked for a refund twice and just been ignored.
FO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I didn't receive the order and my mail to customer service was never replied to. 30 EUR out the window. Learn from my mistake, don't order from this company.
