The first month was only slightly annoying. No human interaction. Chat bots. Slow response time. But I got my Tirzepatide within a few days. I started my refill request July 1. I still don’t have shipping confirmation or tracking. They took my money on the 6th. It’s now the 9th. They said yesterday it was sent to the pharmacy. Still no further status. Two of the phone Numbers listed are not working. A third is working and answered overseas. Got thru today the 9th they said they would contact the pharmacy. Nothing. My scheduled shot should have been yesterday. I do not recommend AltRx.com go elsewhere. CAVEAT EMPTOR

I would give 0 stars if I could. The product is ok, not great. But, when I was in the process of ordering the price was $125 a month for 3 months which would be $375 plus shipping, handling it whatever but I was charged almost $800. I declined anything else added on. I would NEVER have spent that much. I used a payment plan so I didn't even get a chance to review it. My rx was approved and I was instantly charged. Now I'm broke and have hardly lost any weight.

Good overall experience. The product works exactly as advertised and feels durable. It took just a little bit longer to ship than I initially thought, but the customer support team was very helpful when I checked in

I was told, like everybody else, that the price would be a fixed monthly price without any increases, regardless of the dose. This is their main sales pitch. My first month, I was charged $129. The next month, I was charged $299 without notice or recourse. I was also told that despite promises, the price was now changed permanently to $149. I complained that I was charged $299 and they did nothing about it. I mentioned that I would continue if they just gave me credit for 2 months for the $299 that they charged me. They would not even make that concession. 100% dishonest to every promise that was made (and the medicine did not work as well as the actual Zepbound that I had been on previous to my insurance change). Totally underhanded what they did to me.

I was also told that my price would be $129 then the next month they charged me $299 and won’t answer my continuous texts to them to find out why. Finally got another offer for $189/mo for three months. Have not heard from in two weeks. No charge to my card but I turned it off as soon as this crap started.

Considered using for GLP1, pricing changed 3 times, when checking out price generated was nearly 2.5 times price quoted and 75% more than a second session I was processing before receiving email for new discount. Charged for item despite multiple attempts to cancel and telehealth email was ignored. Now hoping they cancel. C company will not do anything until the charge actually posts.

Was looking for a company that offered glps without a the silly membership fees and was recommended them. What a mistake. Never received a confirmation email, unable to create an account after the fact. Attempted to contact customer service and every time I called there was "10 customers ahead" of me. Any option to leave a callback was never returned. Attempted to email customer service and haven't had a response back. At this point I'm waiting for the payment to go through so I can dispute it.

DODGE THIS BULLET AND ALWAYS CHECK THE TRUST PILOT REVIEWS. Lesson learned.

Really happy with my order. The website was easy to navigate, and the checkout process was seamless. My package arrived a day earlier than expected, and the item was exactly as described. Will definitely shop here again

This company is a scam. I signed up and paid for 6 months and they never confirmed via email and never sent me the medication. I asked for a cancellation and full refund (the only way to contact them is via text message to receive texts from a BOT); they want to refund me MINUS $35 as a "telmedicine fee" that NEVER occurred. Thieves. Now I got a text message from their BOT that they are going to review my process with "no refund". Then they refunded me partially taking away the "Telemedicine fee of $35". Scammers, thieves, cheaters! Stay away from them!

The company uses multiple pharmacies to send your rx to you and there’s conflicting info on every document they send. They also charged me 20$ more for an order even tho on my page it says 20$ less. They also only sent me half of my order for month 2 and stopped responding completely. Any attempts to reach them have gone unanswered. I didn’t realize they were such a shady company until I accidentally took the wrong dose because the two vials they sent me for month 1 was a different mg for each vial. Shady shady company. Beware!

**Update** I have changed my review back to 4 stars. The support team finally got back to me yesterday (6/8/26) and apologized for the late response and also apologized for the 299.00 charge that I didn’t authorize and said they are providing a full refund for the 299. Now that I have received a response and a favorable solution, I have better feelings about this company. Let’s see if I actually get the refund. Will update if I get it.

I paid $699.99 for 3 months of the Tirzepatide. I used my FSA card. I had an allergic reaction to the B6 it was compounded with. I messaged in and provided photos of the reaction site. AltRx took immediate action and kept me updated with every step of the process. I thought everything was great, until I see a charge on my FSA from AltRx for a monthly refill. The charge was for $299.00, which they charged my FSA card. I never got a monthly refill from them, they replaced the medication I was taking with a compounded Tirzepatide that didn’t include B6, because I had an ALLERGIC REACTION. I never authorized them to charge my card, nor did anyone ask me or tell me about the charge. I would have said no. So, I message in the chat about the charge and how I want a refund of the $299 and also an itemized receipt for the 699.00 charge. That was 2 days ago and I haven’t received a single response. Funny how they were so quick to help me when I had the allergic reaction.i literally got a response within an hour. But now that I’ve caught them stealing money from me they haven’t saida single word Now I have to call my FSA company and dispute the charge.

At first I was so impressed, but now I am extremely disappointed and angry. I would never recommend this company to anyone, ever. They have poor business practices and steal money from you, then ghost you. Beware of AltRx.

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing and impossible. I paid in full for 12 months of tirzepatide, but they prescribed semaglutide. Of note, Semaglutide is much cheaper than tirzepatide. Since then, they have been unwilling to correct their mistake or issue a refund.
Rather than taking responsibility, they continue to blame the pharmacy they work with, leaving me to deal with the consequences of an error that was not mine. No medication (semaglutide or tirzepatide) has been shipped or received. Communication has been incredibly frustrating and inconsistent. It is impossible to speak with a provider or customer service representative by phone. The company only communicates through text messages, which I find concerning and inappropriate for managing prescription medications and resolving serious issues.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you are considering using their services, be aware of difficulties with customer service, accountability, and resolving medication errors. They have a large lump sum of my money but have yet to prescribe the right medication or refund when I requested.

This company is a scam! Please do not use them no matter how cheap they offer the product. The customer service takes forever to respond, usually only responding at weird hours (red flag!). They don't have a real conversation when responding to messages, they just say the same thing over and over and over. They will charge you before the product is sent and then it takes forever for the product to ship. I did my intake on June 17th and it's now July 8th and it still has not shipped. When I ask about it they give me weird generic answers but never actually answer the question. I asked to cancel and they want to only refund a partial amount for the "consultation fee". They then told me nothing was charged- but I had proof I was charged!!!! When I told them that they then said oh yeah we charged you. They also closed my online account so I cannot even access it anymore! They now just respond via text but very randomly. Please stay clear!!!!!!

I filled out all of the information and agreed to a six month plan. The website said they would not charge my Visa card until after I had my telehealth appointment and was approved. Well, I didn’t get any type of an email from them and they put the $780 charge on my card. When I tried to talk to the chat bot, I got no reply, and because they charged my card I got nervous it was fraudulent. I ended up canceling my card and getting a new one which is always a pain in the ass. Then when I finally got an email back from someone, they said they were gonna charge me $35 because I missed my telehealth appointment which I never even got information on when that would be. Definitely would not recommend this company. Everything I’ve read about them. That’s negative seems to be true.

I'm on week 3 and the 'food noise' is officially gone. It's a strange but amazing feeling to not be constantly thinking about my next meal. The medication is high quality and I've already seen a 6lb drop. Very happy with the results so far.

They are a fraudulent company. I did the evaluation, they took my money have not received anything sent several emails and no return.

Do not trust this company. Their business model requires you to pay upfront before you even know what health plan you are getting. Before paying, I explicitly asked if I could cancel the service if I disagreed with the plan once a doctor evaluated me. They assured me this was possible.Instead, the following happened:No Medical Consultation: I was never connected to a doctor. They sent an automated email with a program that did not fit my health needs.Ignored Cancellation Requests: I immediately called, emailed, and texted multiple times asking to speak with a doctor before anything shipped. They completely ignored my communication and shipped the product anyway, claiming they couldn't refund me because it was already in transit. I wasn't even in town to receive it.Conflicting Refund Information: When I escalated the issue, a representative apologized and promised a refund. Days later, they went back on their word and denied the refund because the package had arrived.Harassment: To make matters worse, they texted me at 2:37 AM to reiterate that they would not refund me, while simultaneously asking if I wanted to "move forward with the program."This company takes your money, refuses to provide the promised medical oversight, ignores cancellation windows, and then sends contradictory messages in the middle of the night. Avoid at all costs.

I started with AltRx because of the reviews here on trust pilot. I take that most of them were lies. Here's my honest review, I would not recommend AltRX for your GPL-1 journey. When I signed up for Trizepatide their App showed semigluton. I called immediately and spoke with customer service. While speaking with them I also stated that I do not want B12 in my compound it is causing insomnia. The representative said she would note that and to discuss with the provider. The following day on July 1st they sent in my script with no telemed consult ... it was for Trizepatide with B12. I immediately called and received a we are closed message. I emailed through the patient portal and as of today July 7th no resolution. They took my money and have left me with a canceled order with no refund as of now. They say if I want my money back they will keep $35.00 for the provider's consultation fee. As for me I think it should be a full refund because a consult never took place. Angry and frustrated.

I signed up for a 6 month plan and paid in full. They sent me a single vial for one month of treatment. I got a refill of a second single vial with my next shipment. On my third refill request they charged my card for a "refill" and are stating they sent me the full 6 months in the two shipments I got despite the clear information showing my 6 month plan was "open" and the prescription information for each month being linked to my account. I had to dispute with my bank but it looks like I'm out $1100 for two vials of tirzepatide rather than getting my full 6 months supply. Scam company with terrible support.
