Be careful with this dental clinic.
They show as Bir X on social media, which is not corresponding to the real clinic but is just the brand of the customer service provided on remote.
The dental clinic is located in Istanbul, in Zeytinburnu district. They choose very very low rated and dirty hotels to host the patients. We didn’t complain and tried to choose the best located one.
When in the clinic, there isn’t any heating, we came in February and every patient kept wearing their coats inside… freezing cold. Nobody explained me what I was going to do and what I was going to face. I knew Hollywood smile was about putting veneers on my teeth filing them just a little. The first day they filed my teeth pretty bad, to put crowns on all of them. Believe me: it’s something you must tell. It was excruciating psychologically.
They immediately asked for 1000 euro on top of the quotation with lame excuses like “you have to do 24 teeth instead of 20 because of your bite”.
During the clinic sessions the dentist and the assistant talked super loud all the time, put music high volume, forgot to put the mask on and spit on my mouth during the process.
I was on the verge of crying because nobody told me nothing about the duration of the interventions, but they didn’t pause or empathise. The translator was the worst. She never helped with anything, instead she fooled me and at the end of the filing procedure I waited 3 hours in that cold waiting room… beyond myself for the shock, the anestesia, the pain.
I won’t tell more about the next days. I just wanted to warn people. They don’t have a website, they don’t have a real assistance and they didn’t want to provide medical records after the interventions. I had to insist for DAYS to get mine.
I didn’t let them take pics of me, because I didn’t want to fool anybody into thinking this is a place I would advise. My husband and I came out traumatised by that week in Altın Diş clinic.
