Thiele opticians at Frederiksberg…
Thiele opticians at Frederiksberg center have done a fantastic job when we had problems with a Hugo Boss eyeglass frame. My husband got his new pair of glasses two years ago, but after several months, the handle of the frame fell off in normal use, when folding the glasses away. The optician was unable to fix it and got a new frame of the same model instead. The same problem occurred with the next pair. When the third glasses broke, we wrote a letter to Thiele and Hugo Boss.
We planned to come to the shop yesterday, but the optician of the shop spotted my husband in the morning at the food store, with painter tape -fixed glasses on his nose. She came to him and told that he would get a new model free of charge. Great ending for an unpleasant experience - we will continue to trust in Thiele!!
