Linda was exceptional
Linda was exceptional. She took lots of time and effort to find us exactly what we were looking for in a holiday. She went above and beyond when she gave us her own discount voucher and we celebrated with a glass of prosecco.

Amazing Althams staff…
The staff at Althams Littleborough are always warm and welcoming and are so invested in finding the holiday you want, sharing all of their knowlege personal.and professional no matter how long it takes. Clare & the staff at Rawtenstall Althams have handled our long-haul bookings for us perfectly. Last year we went to the Far East, and from flights, hotels, cruise to transfers, everything went without a hitch. This year we would not be going to Australia without the help & assistance they have given us, so Thank You.

I cannot thank the staff here enough for their incredible kindness. I recently lost my mum, and going out has been really hard. The team was absolutely amazing—so supportive and incredibly patient with me while I was struggling with my mental health. It felt like a safe and welcoming space when I really needed one. On top of all that warmth, they also make a lovely coffee. Highly recommend."

Great customer service.
Fabulous customer service by the staff at the Accrington branch, Althams are the only travel agents I use. Nothing is too much trouble, documents printed out for you, they always give you their expert guidance on your choice of resort, airlines, etc. Used them for years. Ten out of ten.

Visited my local Chorley branch and was dealt with by a very smiling happy friendly lady called Chloe. I had rang earlier with details of the specific details and holiday we wanted. Friendly great staff
Booked my holiday with such friendly helpful staff , they went above and beyond to make my booking the best it could be , easy paperwork printed in the branch , regular updates via e mail from them , the holiday was amazing , I have booked 5 holidays with my local branch of Brigg I wouldn't go anywhere else , they are not staff in there but approachable friends with customer service at their heart

Personal service with a smile
I have recently booked 2 cruises with staff at Althams Bury. They listened to what I wanted/needed (travelling on my own). Made great suggestions and nothing was too much trouble. Today I rang with a question, Grace took my details and rang me back within half hr. She had sorted the issue and so put my mind at ease. Would definitely recommend using them if you want a good and easy way to book, a holiday. Will be using them for future holidays.
