I ordered a bear cup, Nov 2025, paid expedited shipping. No tracking information, when I reached out to them they said 1-2weeks. That came and went reached back out was told 3-4 weeks. Here it is 3 months later, no tracking no product, and refusal to refund. SCAM!

Ordered from a TikTok ad and 7 weeks later still no product received. And no tracking information available. Paid through their shopify platform and now out over $60. They said 2-4 weeks delivery. Contacted them 5 times and their standard response is that it is in transit and can't cancel or refund. This is bullying. They are a total scam. Do not buy anything from them
