Been with these guys for more than 6years now, i can say they're the best we got here in SA, i haven't had any problems with them

3 years and altcoin has been wonderful , they require a bit of patience though but they grow and I grow with them , I may just be starting to trust them a bit too much for my skepticism .

My account was blocked, without a reason or warning. It is alos not the case that my password was typed in incorrectly!
Your phone lines are busy and I am yet to be able to login a day later!!!!

They are a good crypto platform for begginers especially.User friendly site,they also have an APP,been with them more than 6months zero complains.

Altcointrader is best place to buy and sell crypto currencies, because it has the lowest trading fees than other brokers I have been with. I recommend it to South African.

This is a cool exchange platform. I've been with them for 3 years now and no stories because I'm patient enough for quiries. Easy to navigate their site.

My experience with them been horrible and full of frustrations. This company seems not to care about their customers at all and act like a scam.. Sometimes deposits are not credited, now I've withdrawn USDT via BEB-20 but it's been more than 5 hours and it's still stuck on processing.. BEB-20 only take less than 10 minutes to process. Been contacting them for hours and still no reply like it's really uncomfortable. Really not worth it. Save your money and go to other exchanges. They crushed my dreams. It's about time we report this Scam!

My withdrawals just hangs in DATA heaven, then when I queried it, they blocked my email account. Then when I changed my email account, they told me my withdrawals are not possible because I changed my email. They seem to be very smart and professional scammers. Guys stay away, you are going to loose money. And you are going to run in circles trying to get some moneys back. Stay away. After all these years are there still no organizations in place to deal and look into corrupt and fraudulent websites like this ?

I have been trading on the altcointrader platform for 3 years now.
I had an email change as my company name was changed so I have change my email on my app, I have also 2FA authentication for every time I long on and I have just tried to check how well the system works and tried to withdraw a small amount from my wallet, and they didn't allow me to saying I need to email them and contact altcoin support, I did email them ( using my new email address) they replied and said that they need a photo with me holding a piece of paper written altcointrader and the date and also state why I have changed my email, together with holding my I'd I need to send a photo
I have done that but was not good enough and it seems as if the are trying to mess me around, only thing was left is to hand them to my lawyer

Its now 3 months they have really scammed me.
they gave out my details to other members.
They also requesting my new contact details even though i told them due to their error i was being harrased they now want my new details.
theres no assistance what so ever.
they stole my money

Altcoin trader is a scam.
They have blocked my account saying it was because it was linked to a fraudster.
Then they said Nedbank asked for the hold to be placed on the account.
After that they said before I received a third party deposit which they allocated for me
They can't unblock my account.
I asked them then why they allocated it and never reverse it.
Provide me with license number they say they unregulated in South Africa
I asked for a case number
They say I'm not corresponding
Because I want a letter from court authorising the hold.
The person is Richard from altcoin trader.
He is like robot
Can't assist
And they refuse to say anything else.
Others on WhatsApp never got their money's due to verification they don't want to verify the people but they taking their money.
This is a scam
They bank with Nedbank and standard bank.
Nedbank seems ok with them scamming people
Spoke with them
They say nothing they can do
Well what's new when do they ever do anything or know anything.
Stay away
Stay safe because when u want your money one day it's gonna be gone they eat everyone's money and give excuses.
Maybe because of covid they need our money's now

Not a nice app to use. Difficult to navigate. The cost to withdraw is R273 on R1000. Do not use this app, Luno is so much better.

Well they say they have 24 hour support, total lies. My bank, capitec was supported with OZOW instant eft and had no issues until the capitec button was not there anymore. So i asked OZOW and they said altcointrader disabled support for a relatively large bank. I then asked altcointrader why? They said theyre working on it, this was several weeks ago. I then had to deposit funds via normal eft and my capitec features an Immediate payment function to any other account (although it does carry a fee) i use it but like now its 22:00 hours here and altcointrader will only credit my “immediate payment” possibly tomorrow after an angry email that i already sent, and them saying that its after hours. This website is a nice place to buy some crypto but they are full of excuses with regards to the lack of support after hours and the fact they only seem to process deposits when it suits them. Another issue is that they do as they please when it comes to cashing out. I had a problem with trx that took longer than 7days to get from this site to my wallet and also some xrp that took 3 days. I
Both of these currencies are known for high speed but not when altcointrader has the situation well out of or maybe even in their control. Be weary and careful using this site. I have been struggling with them for more than six months and it just keeps going. Its monopoly of a market and a lack of serious competition that has poor service delivery on the rise. Be careful, be weary and watch out for these guys. Their phone lines dont even work.

Altcoin trader is easy to use and ive enjoyed using their platform for 2 years now. The only downside is they have high trading fees of 0.375% per trade. I wish they would become more competitive with their fees...

Thanks to this company I received my withdrawal with in 24 hour on my On my FNB saving account Namibia.
