Very disappointing experience

We recently switched to Altapay as our payment solution for our Shopify store, after being promised seamless integration and annual savings of around NOK 50,000. Unfortunately, the outcome was quite the opposite.

Our webshop was down for several days due to integration issues, resulting in lost sales and frustrated customers. Additionally, the agreed integration with our accounting system (Tripletex) did not work, forcing us to spend considerable internal resources on manual tasks. We even received a 1-star review because a customer was unable to pay with Visa.

We have lost a considerable sum of money, but have not received any form of compensation or resolution. Our formal complaint was met with little willingness to take responsibility.

Regrettably, based on our experience, we cannot recommend Altapay.

the site is buggy

i tried paying with alta pay and when i did everything right and how i was supposed to they said ''Error message from gateway: Declined'' and idk why they say that bc i did everything right
