I have been ordering shilajit from Altai for a while now and every time I'm very impressed with the attention for detail, prices and delivery speed. I live in the Channel Islands and find it difficult sourcing good products that deliver here, as many companies don't OR charge very expensive postage, but Joe is so friendly and charges a low rate of postage, which I very much appreciate.
I love the Altai shilajit and feel a boost of clear energy every morning when I have it with my tea. I'd highly recommend.

Very much recommended. It is hard to choose between so many Shilajit suppliers. But I am glad I chose this one among the 3 I tried (based on reviews) Altai Mountain Shilajit had super fast delivery. But also attention to detail in the packaging. Difficult to say if this Shilajit resin is superior competitors's but the service, customer focus, and follow up of AMS inspire much confidence, significantly more than for its competitors.

My first dose I felt a bit of a tingle and what I thought to be the effects of the shilajit. But since then it I’ve not really felt any effects of this product. I am not sure what to expect but I’m not sure it’s doing an awful lot

Really pleased with Joe and Altai Mountain Shijalit. Joe has been super responsive to questions and really helpful along the way. Following all of this, I feel confident their product and approach to product testing. I’ve now been taking their Himalayan Shijalit for 3 months or so.
