Retuvieron 600 € de fianza por un daño que no pudieron probar
Alquilé una autocaravana con Alquicamper (1–7 de agosto de 2026). Devolví el vehículo y cuatro días después me reclamaron un supuesto rayón en el lateral, reteniendo los 600 € de fianza.
El problema: en ningún momento me aportaron pruebas. Pedí expresamente el acta de inspección, fotos fechadas del estado del vehículo a la entrega y a la devolución, y un presupuesto o factura de reparación. No recibí nada de eso. Sin fotos con fecha, no hay forma de saber si el rayón ya existía antes o se produjo después de que yo entregara el vehículo.
Me parece una práctica abusiva: cobrar una fianza por un daño no acreditado y avisar días después, cuando el cliente ya no puede comprobar nada. He tenido que reclamar el cargo a mi banco y presentar reclamación de consumo.
