Corentin LABIN (Coco) was the nicest guy you could meet, couldn't have been more helpful.
Our youngest son was a little ill during the journey, Coco pulled over, had everything needed if someone is sick, made sure our son was fine before we drove on.

Smooth transfer
Lots of communication from the company and the driver Dmitrii. Return booked for 1 am arrived on time and sent a message to say he was ready . Smooth transfers in a clean car a very stress free way to end the holiday.

Nearly crashed and stolen property
Upon getting off our flight, we had arranged a transfer to our Ski resort via Alps2Alps, and we were so excited to get skiing. We were met by a very rude driver, who shouted at us multiple times because we were 'taking too long' loading our ski equipment, and evidently taking too long strapping in my one year old, as he aggressively pulled off as I was still strapping her in. Not only that, but after such a stressful journey and trying to get out of there as quick as possible, I left my jacket in his van, which he demanded I pay 100 euros to get back, and now this company are taking no responsibility for their driver stealing my property. I'm still waiting on a resolution 3 months later.
On the way back, we were met by 3 other drivers, one of which almost skidded off the road in the snow whilst overtaking on a blind corner. Let me remind you I have my one year old in the car.
They also purposefully took a longer route to avoid tolls, which meant one of my party almost missed their flight despite leaving in plenty of time. We filed complaints but didn't get any apology or reimbursement. Do not use this company if you value your property, or your life.
