Helpful staff, fast service
I ordered on line, but did call to make sure the item was in stock. The employee was very helpful in looking up the item and checking the status. Skis shipped shortly after ordering and were received in 3 days.

I called the shop before ordering online to make sure the item was in stock and what the timeframe was for expedited shipping. The person on the phone said he would look for the order and get it mailed right away! Item arrived quickly and in good condition! Very happy customer here!!!

I ordered and paid for a board
I ordered and paid for a board. A few days later I received an email saying the board was out of stock and the system had not yet updated. I only received $25 off that I only had 30 days to use. Unfortunately, I most likely won't be shopping here in the future. I did however appreciate the email they sent me to ensure I knew of the refund.
