I wish I could give a zero.
Some of my friends sent their silver to be deposited into their UPMA account. They felt the deposit fee UPMA charged was reasonable. So I thought I would do it too. But when I did it, they took out almost twice as much percentage wise as they did from my friends a few months earlier. So I haven't sent any more in since... likely will never do business with them ever again if things can’t be made right. They made a huge change and didn't warn any of us. Not a good way to do business.

So what's the deal with UPMA raising…
So what's the deal with UPMA raising their rates!!! I sent in physical metal for deposits three different times last year. EACH TIME THE DEPOSIT FEE PERCENTAGE WENT UP! They didn't broadcast that they were going to change the rate. I'm glad that I only threw in a few hundred dollars instead of thousands. And to everybody else out there, WATCH OUT! It will probably make changes that will hurt you too.

Why weren't we informed of an 8% jump…
Why weren't we informed of an 8% jump in Legal Tender Service between August 2025 to December 2025? A $700 unexpected fee is outrageous! This has also happened to some of my friends that are using UPMA. I might not ever try to use their services again.
