Our shared fixed point services cover a wide area within each of our resorts, helping you get as close as possible to your accommodation for the best value in the Alps. Where possible we use coaches to reduce the carbon footprint of our services and offer the most eco-friendly option for our clients.

Our shared door 2 door transfers provide an additional last miles vehicle to get you right to your door. While a little more expensive, it is still cheaper than taking a private transfer so still provides great value while making your holiday easier. It can be a great option for families travelling with children, and people staying in amazing chalets that are often a little outside the main town. No on likes walking with heavy ski bags!

Our private transfers offer a great way to start and end your holidays. It's just for you and your group and gets you right to your door. Relax, chat and nap with your friends and family along the way to get your holiday off to a great start.

Our Premium private transfers are our luxury services. You will be picked up in a Mercedes vehicle and transported to your holiday in style and comfort. These transfers also come with double the waiting time in the airport on arrivals to reduce stress on any flight delays.

Great service

Great service from Paul helping us arrange a transfer to the hotel when the transfer from another company didn’t turn up at the airport. Very helpful, quick and kind service.

Hello,

We’re sorry to hear there has been confusion regarding your departure time. All of our transfer times are initially estimated at the point of booking and are then confirmed the day before travel. This information is also highlighted during the booking process in the red pop-up notice.

We understand how important clear and consistent timing is when travelling, and we apologise for any inconvenience or uncertainty this may have caused. We understand our team has already been in direct contact with you regarding this matter.

I recently used Alpine fleet for the 1st time - GREAT SERVICE…

I recently used Alpine fleet for the first time transfer to and from the french Alps from Geneva, partially for wide range of times, days they run transfers and competitive cost.
I believe that you can truely judge a company when things go wrong. In my case I left some inportant documents in the apartment and had to go back and retrieve them so had to get off the coach.
I texted Alpine Fleet who changed my booking to the next Coach. No fuss no drama just quality service.

I booked through Flix but they must…

I booked through Flix but they must subcontract out to Alpine Fleet sometimes. Our plane got delayed so we missed the time for our transfer at Geneva, sent a whatsapp to Alpine Fleet and they told us to find the stand at Geneva when we arrive. Spoke to the reps at the stand and they put us on the next available transfer which was about an hour's wait, no extra charges. Transfer to Morzine was in a shared minibus, stopped in Les Gets then Morzine, then I think he had another stop in Avoriaz. Driver helpfully dropped us off in front of our hotel as he was going to drive past it anyway. On the transfer back, the driver was at the pickup point on time, sent me a whatsapp message with a picture of the Minibus, drove us back to the airport no problems.

Extremely unprofessional service

Extremely unprofessional service. I do NOT recommend Alpine Fleet.

Outbound transfer: driver arrived about 2 hours late.
Return transfer: driver never showed up at all. No message, no call, nothing. I had to urgently find alternative transport and nearly missed my flight.

You acknowledged the failure and promised a refund.
On 24 Jan 2026 you confirmed the refund.
Later you claimed it was sent on 12 March.
I never received any money.

After that, you stopped responding completely.

No service, no accountability, no refund.
Avoid Alpine Fleet.

Much more reasonable price

Much more reasonable price for transfers from Geneva to Val d'isere. Airport was busy but well organised. Coaches not allowed into central Val so have to do last bit on local free bus, but these are very regular and easy to use. Saved about £500 for a group of 5 over a private transfer so we'll worth a little minor inconvenience.

The worst transfer in more than 40 years

The driver didn’t know where he was going, veered all over the road while trying to navigate using a hand held mobile phone. He nearly ran out of fuel. He didn’t know where any of the drop-off points were, including the, very obvious, Chamonix bus stop.
I blame Alpine Fleet as much as the driver. They sent someone out who had never done the transfer before without a hands free Sat Nav or any real guidance. I have travelled to Chamonix since 1985. This is undoubtedly the worst transfer service I have experienced. I will report the illegal driving using a mobile phone to the police.

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. As discussed directly with our team, transporters may refuel en route where required; however, we always aim to avoid this wherever possible to minimise any disruption to the journey.

The driver has operated many transfers for us and uses a digital application which provides passenger details along with all pick-up and drop-off points. As we operate multiple stops as part of our shared service offering, journeys may include a combination of door-to-door and fixed pick-up/drop-off locations.

We appreciate your specific feedback, which we have received, and your comments regarding the use of a mobile phone have already been passed on to the transporter for review.

We take all such comments seriously and are sorry to hear your experience did not meet expectations on this occasion.

Regards,
The Alpine Fleet Team

Sudden change in departure time...

Aplinefleet operated a transfer which I booked on Flixbus. The shared transfer from Lyon to Val Thorens was provided with a layover which resulted on longer transit time, a stopover, the need to take my luggage off the first bus and then load it to the connecting bus. The return transfer was recheduled from 9am to 7-35am D-1 and I had to change my plans. It also added a few hours at the layover and I had to spend additional 85EUR to store my luggage at the Lyon airport to be able to "kill" the waiting time to go to the city instead of idling in the airport for 4 hrs... However, on a positive note, Aplinefleet team was good with conmmunicaiton via Whatsapp, thanks for that!

Be prepared to accept schedule change

I did not realise when I booked that the schedule would change. The time slot we were given for both departure and arrival were both changed. On our return journey to Geneva airport this meant we had 4 hours at the airport prior to our flight.

Great value, smooth and friendly service

First time transfer to the Alps so was nervous about booking a shared transfer. However, Alpine Fleet were great and I had a smooth experience from start to finish. I booked the flexi ticket so was able to get on an earlier transfer after getting though passport control quicker than expected. My return was exactly on time leaving resort so no extra stress added to travel day.
They only stop at certain spots so it’s not door-to-door but imo it’s worth it for almost half the price of private transfers.

The bus was delayed 1,5 hours from Genève and we had to exchange bus half way even though we were promised a direct transfer… We also had a 30 minute stop because the driver had to get food…. Bad experience all in all… I will not book again.

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We understand the transfer was booked for 18.30 and departed at 18.35.

We would like to clarify that your booking was for a direct transfer service, which is sold as a single through-ticket from Geneva to resort. While this is a direct journey with no waiting time or separate connection process for passengers, it can in some cases be operated using more than one vehicle as part of the same scheduled service.

We also understand there was a stop during the journey; however, the driver is legally required to take a tachograph break in line with EU driving regulations, which we must comply with for the safety of both the driver and passengers onboard.

We apologise that your experience did not meet your expectations on this occasion, and your comments have been shared with the transporter.

Regards,
The Alpine Fleet Team
