Airport to slopes- great experience
Great experience, texts sent regularly advising when, where and who would be meeting us at the airport. Drivers very punctual and helpful. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Not as advertised
I requested a baby car seat for my 13 month old. The driver only had an old booster. Definitely not safe to use. Had to hold baby in my lap, the company had no other solutions. The vehicles are not premium, they are worn out. Wouldn’t use again.

I think this was simply one of the best transfers we had. The driver was polite, more than on time, the communication timelyt and to the point. For sure AlpinBus will be the first company i will look into for the next trip!

Overall I got from point A to B and…
Overall I got from point A to B and returned safely and comfortably. However, The service is far from being smooth. On the first ride, the driver took a 20 minutes detour to fill up gas in a cheaper place which prolonged our trip. On the way back the driver has put the wrong place into his GPS which cost us another 20 minutes of Fried. On top of that I asked to change the pick up date, but the back office only changed the pick up time. Overall, this is a cheaper alternative than other companies, but you really have to be on top of everything in order to ensure things are smooth
