The driver arrived on time and drove smoothly.
We had ample bathroom break during the drive.
It was a good experience and will avail of Alpin Bus service in the future.

Great work finding our hotel in Strasbourg. City was extremely crowded with tourists and hotel was in the middle of it all. Great effort!!

I would never use another company. Seemless from pick up to drop off. Communication spot on, met us at the airport with our name on. Brilliant

Very efficient, kind, safe and fairly priced.
Our driver communicated with us ahead of pick-up and was easy to find. He was kind and helpful, got us to where we needed safely, comfortably and in due time.

Everything was as expected. Only thing to mention, that our driver didn't speak english very well, but that didn't made any problem at all. Transfer was really fast and smooth.

WhatsApp message waiting for us on arrival. Super cool and understanding about the delay clearing the baggage hall. Asked us what music we wanted to listen to on the drive. Proper friendly and chatty guy. Even turned the tunes down when the kids fell asleep. He gave us cakes for a snack when we got to the apartment.

Speedy pick up. Really nice driver called Arthur. We went Geneva - Meribel. Top bloke because really helpful with hotels and luggage.

The driver’s car stank of cigarette smoke, was not clean and he did not bring the requested car seats and just told us “your children don’t need them”.

The booking was made for 1 baby and 2 children requesting car seats for all. Would not recommend.

Both drivers arrived on time and delivered us to our locations safely.

Driver kept us up to date at all times and drove us very safely to our destination.

Booking online was straightforward, the pricing was fair, and communication from the company after confirming our reservation was excellent. Our driver, Uldis, was exceptionally patient and kind—he waited an hour and a half for us while we navigated a long immigration queue.

The van was perfect for our group of five and very comfortable. Overall, the entire experience, from start to finish, was smooth, pleasant, and highly professional.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I ran into an issue contacting the driver, but working through the company I was able to quickly locate the driver at the airport. Great customer service.

Driver was weaving from lane to lane and we almost side-swiped cars several times (and once a truck!). It became apparent after my companion in the front seat kept having to correct him that he was either too tired to drive or on some sort of drug that was affecting his driving (he didn't smell of alcohol, so it wasn't that). At one point we was bearing down on a lane closure and set of barricades and Sue had to SHRIEK look out - he slammed on the brakes then and we narrowly avoided hitting the concrete abutment - all the luggage flew forward in the car as it nose-dived, then screeched into the proper lane.

Some swear words may have been spoken...
Anyway, I notified AlpinBus through the messaging app and they blew us off entirely. Said they would look into it but they clearly did not. Hence this review.

The ONLY reason we avoided several accidents was my friend in the front seat had to keep grabbing the drivers arm and shouting at him - good lord what a frightening journey (of an hour and a half, no less).

Never use this company again and I recommend you do not either....

Our driver was early to pick us up in Munich and was great with communication! We arrived at the airport in a timely manner with plenty of time to spare and we will definitely plan to use AlpinBus again when we return to Europe!

So many things were awful….the driver was over 30 minutes late. We had a flight so this was an issue. But most importantly, the driver kept falling asleep while driving and veering off the road. We had to keep opening the window to wake him up. We had more than 1 close call.

We had a wonderful experience with AlpinBus. The concierge team was very responsive and prepared. The driver was professional and helpful. We will be reaching out to AlpinBus again for any future trips to Salzburg.
