Order of an amp was cancelled

Order of an amp was cancelled, after they had payment for several days, with no explanation, they said feel free to ask any questions so I asked why the cancellation, no reply...they had my money for several days, still not refunded, so I must wait for its return before I order something else which takes more time...if you can not fufill a contract, dont take the money in the first place, wont be using again, fed up with this type of buisness.
