Have been using Alpha insurance for…Think twice
Have been using Alpha insurance for years now. No problem in getting cover but the first time you need to claim is a different story. We were in Tenerife at Xmas and had a few items stolen from our room got the police report and put in a claim when we came home. We are still trying to get our claim sorted and is nearly Easter. They keep asking for the same information trying to wear us down.

I have used Alpha for years now and…
I have used Alpha for years now and never had any problems sorting my travel policies with them. It's easy to sort out and there's never any fuss or messing about. This is why I come back year after year.

I've used Alpha many times in the past…
I've used Alpha many times in the past and never had to claim so cannot speak for any after-sales service. I've dropped a star as the website isn't totally user friendly and could do with some improvement.
Prices are increasing a lot and I may have to look around at other travel insurers in future to ensure I get the best value for money.
