Extremely disappointed with Alpha Trader Firm.

Throughout my time trading with them, we have been consistently told on Discord that there is no minimum trade duration requirement. Despite this, my payout was declined and my account breached for “tick scalping” based on just three trades that moved quickly in my favour.

What makes this particularly unfair is that my full trading history clearly shows over a month of normal trading behaviour, with no pattern of tick scalping whatsoever. These few trades were isolated incidents caused by market volatility, not intentional scalping or rule abuse.

Penalising traders based on a handful of fast-moving trades, while publicly stating there is no minimum duration rule, feels inconsistent and misleading. If trades that close quickly due to volatility are considered a breach, this should be clearly and transparently stated in the rules, not enforced retrospectively at payout stage.

Unfortunately, this experience has significantly damaged my trust in the firm, and I would urge other traders to be cautious and ensure they fully understand how rules are interpreted in practice, not just how they are communicated.
