I was interviewed by Alphastream.io for a product role by a senior team member. The interviewer at alpha stream did not really care about it, He just rushed in terms of finishing the interview. He wasn't being fair by asking or probing questions. After a few weeks of follow-up, the team at Alphstream.io says they have already hired from outside. The whole goal of the interview process was to just increase numbers in terms of interviews done, as to increase chances to sponsor someone from outside. Wasting someone time who came prepared is not a joke. Honestly, I would not recommend anyone to work here. The shows high sign of toxic culture.
