Very fast and friendly service.

Terrible experience with this company!
They send faulty items, then give misinformation on the cause of the faults!
When you request a return and refund, they'll have you on a right merry go round and also accuse you of causing the faults!
I had to open a case through my bank to get my refund, although they deducted £67 for damages I didn't cause, it took nearly 2 months to resolve!
Shocking service,dishonest business save yourself a headache and avoid at all costs!

Edit! Oh, I see, the usual misleading response from Alphascootz!

Just bought the X Hunter, absolutely fantastic bit of kit.

Bought through cycle to work, the guys were great, good communication and super fast delivery.

Highly recommended.

So got my new bike. Couple of small problems 1 big problem, so on the fence just now about them. Fixed small ones quickly but with wrong information but main problem not resolved which means I can't use it at moment. Don't understand the manual because they are for another display and my extended battery doesn't work, connect and no charging lead. They have been helpful with most things and hope they will resolve this with a bit more speed and I can repost with 5 stars. Well see and I'll update.

The bike arrived in perfect condition. Had a trouble to attach handelbar but called alphascootz and guy from support walked me throw whole proces by telephone . He was really helpfull and patient. I am enjoying riding my new ebike and everything is working just fine. Will recommend this shop to my friends.

I have purchased a kugo scooter from this shop, Less than 2 months later, the ignition key stopped working and the scooter stays on constantly.The scooter is still under warranty and I have contacted the shop straight away. He has replaced the damaged part and also serviced the scooter.Good service overall.

Great bike, and top-notch after-sales service.I just changed the saddle and put on road tires.Perfect riding position.

The product was very carefully packaged. The final assembly was easy to do. Unfortunately, due to the weather, it hasn't been possible to go on a bike ride yet

I did put up a bad review as waited too long for my bike.
Then Oscar the owner contacted me and sorted it
More than that he even gave me a free gift .
I like a lot of people gave a bad review.
But I now know it's because Oscar had staff problems
And now the staff that work there are doing a good job.
So I would honestly say I am completely happy with my two ebimes I purchased.

So far it has been good just waiting for delivery of my new bike all good will let u know when and how good it is 👍

Ordered the emoko c93 does the light stay on has it got a back light there seems to be a wire at seat which is to upgrade it a was told anybody got this bike and does your front light stay on all the time asked them to video call me but they seem to just email

I ordered an Ebike in the morning and I was really surprised they even delivered it on the same day in the evening. Bike was simple to assemble and it works perfectly. I would definitely buy from this company again and recommend them to everyone.

I recently purchased an electric scooter from this shop, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and they took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I was getting the right scooter for my needs.

Ordered bike october 2024,ages to come.front light didn't work.bad communication on their end.today they delivered nearly new bike in place of my new one.cant reach Chinese head office to complain.still waiting for my money back. I can't believe the rubbish company won't refund me?given everything back,bike related and no refund. They tell me they can take as long as they like order 18305 just been told remove review then I'll be refunded if not no refund? Is that even legal? Update, finally,after much lengthy debate,illegal demands I.e.removal by demand of review.i have been emailed saying refund has been given.i await seeing it in my account. Good Friday after all🤑 over all bad experience

I purchased a Cyrusher Ranger Ebike from AlphaScootz. They were competitive in pricing and found a great deal. Their website layout is excellent with descriptions and specifications.
