No response to inquiry about order placed
I placed an order on May 14, 2023, paid for it with Zelle. They sent me an email saying that my order was completed. I have not received my order yet, and USPS tracking says that they have not received the package. I have emailed them twice asking about my order and have called twice. No response to either of these inquiries. I have now filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Jackson, Mi. According to to the BBB, they have no listing for this company.
Update: I did finally receive the items I had ordered, still no response to any of my inquiries. So I would say, their customer service sucks. Hard to trust a company that doesn’t respond to your concerns.
