If I could do negative stars, I would. Everything that everyone else has said is 100% true. You pay to get poorly stitched printed garbage.

Product looks nothing like the picture and is hideous and flimsy. Embarrassed I registered for this for a baby.

Scam company selling dollar store products using false advertising. Site portrays beautiful textiles with quilted embroidery: you receive crappy printed polyester with white stitching giving the illusion of quality. The cost to make what they sent would be a tenth of what you pay. Don’t fall for it! If I could give zero stars I would.

This was a horrible purchase. I expected the quilt to be an actual quilt, not a print on with sporadic embroidery that doesn’t even create shape. It’s wavy all over??? It was almost $100 for poor quality and it took almost a month and a half to arrive. The fabric itself wouldn’t even keep me warm, incredibly cheap. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Terrible product! The advertisements are misleading. The reviews on the site are great but must be false. The quilted runner I purchased was cheaply made. There is no quilting only random machining stitching and not at all as it appears in advertisement photos. There is a 50% refund policy but the item would have to be returned to China from the US at my expense. I refused to return the item as the shipping cost would be more than my refund. AlphaQuilt sent me a 50% refund anyway. But I am so very disappointed. So ugly. I donated the runner to the local thrift store.

Oh, have I been duped! I can't believe it and I feel so stupid. I ordered four cushion covers that were depicted online as beautifully crafted, three-dimensional quilted cushion covers. The covers that arrived are a cheap-quality image printed onto a cover with a single meandering stitch running through the picture. It's atrocious. Pleeeeeeeease don't buy from this company. It is not what you see online. It's a fake product.

I purchased the blanket with the unicorn print on it for my 3 year old grand daughter. The picture on line looks as it it is beautifully stitched with vibrant colors, in addition looks as if it is thick. Beware: DO NOT BUY. It is a thin piece of material with the print of a unicorn on it. There is no definition of the unicorn with the stitching. I am asking for my money back.

Beware of Misleading Products and Poor Refund Policies

I recently purchased a product from Charming Tribe, only to receive an item that was completely different from what was advertised. After providing clear photographic proof of the misrepresentation, the company initially offered only a partial refund and insisted that I return the item—at my own expense—to an incomplete address.

The cost of return shipping was higher than the product’s value, making it an unreasonable option. Despite my efforts to reach a fair resolution, the company refused to take full responsibility for their misleading advertising or assist with return fees. Their "solution" was to offer only a fraction of my money back.

If you’re considering buying from this company, be aware that their return policy is heavily skewed in their favor, and you may end up paying for a product that isn’t as advertised with little recourse. I cannot recommend this seller based on my experience.

I wouldn’t even give this 1 star never ever order from this company the quilts are cheap and awful and absolutely not what is advertised they should be out of business for their fraudulent practices.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This quilt took 6 weeks to arrive, and when it finally got here, it was paper thin and shoddy quality, not at all like in the pictures. Do not buy from this company.

Since 1 star is the lowest rating, that's what I'm giving, but they actually deserve 0 stars. Everything about Alpha Quilt is misleading at best and outright dishonest. Like others have mentioned the actual product received is a cheaply and poorly made version of the photos they show online. Moreover, they only give a 50% refund. Also they make the conditions of return for a full refund impossible to meet since you have to send it back to China and received by them within 2 weeks. They are complete frauds and should be put out of business. I wound up buying a beautiful, well-made quilt from VT Quilt for $10 less.

As other reviewers have said, what you receive is nothing like the picture. Cheap material and no real quilting. They will answer your emails, but it will be a runaround and you can get no results unless you want to mail it back to Hong Kong, which you have no idea about until it’s too late. That’s why I’ve just downloaded Trustpilot And I’m going to continue to look before I buy. I suggest all do the same when it comes to this company. 

I got the sunflower table runner.Doesn’t look like the picture! Is not a quilt, they used cheap printed material!Total waist of money. Don’t buy . Misleading advertising!

Didn’t mention it’s coming from china tracking says in been in Chicago 500 miles away for 2 months total scam

Absolutely nothing like what it looks in the picture. I bought two quilts thinking they were three dimensional with the designs as shown in all the photos it's just a printed piece of fabric with stitching all over the top extremely disappointed took 6 weeks to get here not worth it in my opinion

Items ordered were not as pictured on website. Asked for refund and got only 50% back. Nowhere did they indicate that they were based in China. Items were shipped from Dallas, Texas.
This is false advertising!

Lesson learned...I should have read these reviews before purchasing the nutcracker tree skirt. Take the description seriously when it reads "wave quilt pattern" , "printed fabric". Yes that's right a PICTURE of a beautiful quilted piece printed on fabric and then a wave stitch all throughout it. Thin poor quality. Not at all what I would call a quilt and not worth the amount of money I paid for it. Wish there was a way to add photos to this review.
Be cautious of these other online sites using the same pictures for their products... Charming Favor, Vantique, Felicia baby.

I ordered 3 “quilts” as Christmas gifts but received something I would only use for a dog bed….maybe. As others stated, these are not different pieces of fabric sewn together and quilted; they are a poor-quality print of an image on fabric, then sewn together with very thin batting and a solid backing. The whole thing is then machine-stitched in the “squiggly” pattern you see on blankets used by professional furniture movers. I didn’t expect hand-stitching but the photos clearly show stitching done in patterns fitting for the image. Even worse, the printed images are not sharp and the colors are quite dull - not worthy of giving to ANYONE as a gift. I’m completely serious when I say these are good enough only for a dog bed. DO NOT BUY THESE!

I purchased a blanket and a runner. When they arrived, there was no invoice in the package and the products were not as pictured or described on the website. The photographs make them appear vibrant in color and luxurious in texture but they are neither. The designs are poorly done. The Parrot Quilt appears to be nothing more than an image enlarged until it's blurry and pixelated. The majority of the quilt appearance is actually printed to give the illusion of being made of actual quilted, sewn fabric. These were bought as gifts based on their appearance, but they simply do not measure up and I would be embarrassed to give them. I contacted Alphaquilt to request a prepaid return label and a reimbursement. They demanded photos of the two items, which I provided. Their replied that they would not "assist with return fees in any circumstances" (I would have to absorb the shipping costs back to Hong Kong Island), although they "understand how inconvenient it is because the return fee is so high." Then they offered to refund 50% of the purchase. This is unconscionable and this business needs to be shut down. I read similar experiences from other buyers on this site.
