First off you guys cancelled my subscription without telling me amd fir no reason. When i tried to reorder you guys said i jad to do a new consultation. The day of the appointment you guys want to charge me $150 for it a new consultation. I don't feel I should pay that money especially when you guys admit you don't even know why your account was canceled. This was obviously an error on your part and you want me to pay for a new consultation. That's just bad business. And add insult to injury I had referred at least 10 people to you guys. You guys make the mistake and then want me to pay for it. I don't think so there are tons of clinics out there and some are cheaper but for the way you guys do your customers you can pretty much just go F@*$k yourself

Chris, we’re sorry to hear about your frustration. However, to clarify for accuracy: your subscription was inactive since November 18, 2023, and there had been no payment, appointment, or clinical activity for over 1 year and 8 months. As with all patients returning after a long lapse in care, we require a $100 consultation fee to ensure a safe and appropriate re-evaluation by our medical team. This is standard clinical protocol and not a penalty, and the fee is credited toward your subscription if you choose to continue care.
Our staff remained professional during the interaction and provided a clear explanation of this policy. We never quoted a $150 consultation fee. We also found no indication that your account was canceled in error—our records reflect that you opted not to move forward after learning of the re-consultation requirement.
While we appreciate the patients you referred in the past, respectful communication is something we uphold for all staff and patients. We’re committed to high-quality care, transparency, and professionalism—even when difficult conversations arise.
