Ordered their mango vegan protein that clearly says Stevia on it on their website. I then received a version with 2 artificial sweeteners. I've emailed 3 times and had no reply so I do not recommend them at all. Don't get scammed like I did

Worst customer service , they wrote will reply to you within 24 hrs is a lie. I fished my order and one product show up, it‘s an ad I click on then they purchased me for this product. Tried to cancel but they ignored. Scam !!

Awful customer service. Waited weeks for order to be shipped. Being ignored when asking for refund. Selling products they don't have available.

Unfortunately there's no option to order a sample and I pretty sure I know why.
Ordered the tropical vegan muscle protein powder and a few stuff. So far I tried the protein only 😖😖🤔
ITS AWFUL.
This is the second time I had a bad luck to taste the pea protein, and now I know, the first time it wasn't out of date or anything, this is just taste like sht. This product also has a very strong artificial pinacolada taste,
I wonder if it glows in the dark?
I messaged them already, hoping that I can send this nightmare back and get my money back from them. We will see in the morning as they promised to get back to me..
Learnt my lesson, if it doesn't have a sample version, it tastes awful most likely so don't bother to order.
If you like the sht tasting pea protein with chemical after taste, go ahead. Order it.

Terrible service out of stock but let me order on the website, told 2 day delivery. After a week and a half and a few emails with no response I finally got a response after messaging to report as fraud. I was given my refund but not handled well at all. Poor service will never use.

They do not honor they BOGO, Will not reply or email you back, This has been going on since the end of March until Now 04-14-2024.
I think they are scam, thus be very carefull with what say are plant based foods, Look up the problems, with milk are other problems with Alpha Foods

After one month and more than 15 messages with the customer service I didn't received the order and I didn't received the refund.

I placed an order on 9th March for two boxes of Vegan Double Chocolate Brownie protein bars, had no response from the company about an expected delivery date. I questioned it via email on 18th March, no response. Tried again on 19th March, received a reply saying they were on their way. They arrived today and all the bars are past their best before date, so will have to go in the bin! I have emailed customer services and will update this if I get a positive response. So far very disappointing and will not be placing an order again!

Almost 2 weeks I have orderded products and I don't have any news about it. I contacted the support and haven't received any response from them.
I hope the products are good but logistics and support was awful

I've been buying from them for a couple of years. So far, the best vegan proteins I tried.
I usually buy vanilla, but I need to try other ones.
Shipping is fast, everything has always been ok.

The chik'n Fajita is a total WASTE! Do not waste your money, assume other "burritos" are similarly filled. I opened it up after already cutting off some excess tortilla and there was barely enough filling to take up a street taco sized tortilla.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend neither the company, nor their products. The protein powders don’t taste particularly good and some of them can give you a nice diarrhoea due to certain ingredients (erythritol). They encourage people to try their products ‘risk free’, saying they will issue a refund if you are not happy. There is a catch though: you need to send any item you are not happy with to Germany (for a lot of money!) even though they are already opened so they are unable to resell them anyway.
If you are in the UK and you are looking for a good plant-based protein powder, try Nuzest or Form Nutrition - they have great products and good customer service.

I bought 4 different products and loved them all. Specially the morning fuel vanilla matcha flavour! These products are the best I've tried so far and would highly recommend them. I can't wait to finish what I ordered so I can try some new flavours. Really well done Alpha Foods! Keep it up! You guys have nailed it!

I bought the banana flavour vegan protein. It didn't mix well with a shaker but immersion blender or nutribullet was fine. Good consistency and flavour, not too sweet and most important no artificial after taste. Will buy again.

Been using AlphaFoods Vegan Protein Powders for a few months now, and am loving it. I don't like to eat breakfast, so one shake with Kefir Milk (for Probiotics) helps me to get the energy to start the day. Love it!

I have been using Alpha Food's protein powder (vanilla and chocolate) for the past 6+ months and really enjoy it. The flavours are much nicer than other brands I have tried and while I am not an expert, I strongly believe that it is a quality product. Highly recommend anyone to try it - I will keep buying for sure!
