Bad experience buing car

I recently purchased a car from your dealership and feel compelled to share my experience as a customer. While the initial conversations with the owner assured me of the car's good motor condition, unfortunately, my overall experience has been far from satisfactory.

Upon receiving the vehicle, I noticed several issues that were not disclosed during our discussions. To begin with, the car was lacking a reflective vest and the key for the security bolts. Additionally, the coolant level was dangerously low, and the tires, instead of the recommended 2.4 bars, were inflated to only 1.6 bars. One of the tires had a puncture, requiring me to inflate it daily.

Despite expressing my concerns, I decided to embark on a 2500km journey to Portugal. To my dismay, the car's timing chain, which I was told was in good condition, completely failed, and there was a significant coolant leak spreading throughout the engine. This not only jeopardized my safety but also led to unexpected expenses.

Upon reaching out to the seller and explaining the issues, I received an apology and an assurance of responsibility. However, when I provided the invoices for the necessary repairs, the seller failed to acknowledge any liability and ceased all communication.

I had hoped for a resolution and am disappointed that the seller did not stand by their commitment. This experience has left me with a negative impression of your dealership, and I cannot recommend it to others. While I understand that issues can arise with used cars, it is the responsibility of the seller to be transparent and address them, especially when safety is at stake.

Considering the lack of accountability and communication, I am hesitant to consider any future transactions with your dealership. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in customer service and transparency for the benefit of others who may be considering purchasing a vehicle from your establishment.
