I am here again to testify to the truth…

I am here again to testify to the truth that Alpha Capital is a scam. I bought at least 13 different accounts at different time spanning over a year. The few ones I passed I was told I spam order blocks. Whenever I fail using the strategy I don't get a refund or retry. I am happier trading my own Capital and FTMO account. Run from them

Over 30 Accounts Purchased – Severe Execution & Spread Discrepancies vs. Live Brokers

I have been a dedicated, high-volume client with Alpha Capital Group, having purchased over 30 challenge accounts. As an experienced trader using their Raw Spread model, I expect execution quality that reflects real market conditions. Unfortunately, recent feed issues on their server have become impossible to ignore.
The Incident: On a newly purchased 10k Alpha Pro account (Login 2903110), a tiny XAUUSD position was stopped out due to an extreme, artificial spread spike on the ACG Markets server feed (Order #476957153).
The Live Market Proof: At the exact same second (15:30:08), I had the identical XAUUSD trade running live on Vantage. The Vantage live account executed perfectly with standard spread and no issues whatsoever, while ACG’s feed experienced a massive anomaly that breached the evaluation account.
The Reality: When demo execution feeds widen far beyond live broker liquidity providers, traders are being penalized by server anomalies rather than real market movements.
As a trader who has invested thousands of dollars across 30+ challenges with ACG, I expect institutional-grade execution that matches live market feeds. I am asking management to review the server logs for Order #476957153 and reinstate account 2903110.
High-volume traders deserve reliable execution, not artificial spread breaches.

Extremely Disappointed With Stop-Loss Execution and Support Response

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Alpha Capital Group, particularly regarding the execution of my stop loss during high-impact news.

I fully understand that slippage can occur during volatile market conditions, and I am not disputing that fact. My issue is the magnitude of the slippage and the way the risk is described to traders.

On one of my XAUUSD trades, my entry was approximately 4470.21 and my stop loss was set at 4463.12. My intended risk was approximately $70. Instead of being closed near my stop, however, the trade was executed at approximately 4440.80, resulting in a loss of $294.10.

In other words, a trade I intended to risk roughly $70 on ended up losing more than four times my intended dollar risk.

What makes this even more concerning is the wording in Alpha Capital Group's own educational material regarding stop-loss slippage. Their example says that a stop loss may execute at a worse price and that the resulting loss can be “slightly larger than your original stop loss level.”

I do not consider a roughly $70 intended loss turning into a $294.10 realized loss to be “slightly larger.”

I had another trade affected around the same period where an expected loss of approximately $97 became $101.50. THAT is what I would consider a slightly larger loss caused by slippage. Going from roughly $70 to $294.10 is on an entirely different scale.

I contacted support and asked them to review the trades. Their response was essentially that NFP is high-impact news, liquidity can disappear, slippage is part of the market, stop losses are not guaranteed, and traders who choose to trade during news accept that risk. They also declined to reimburse the loss.

Again, I understand what slippage is. My complaint is not that any slippage occurred. My complaint is that my predefined risk was exceeded by such an extraordinary amount, and I believe the company's description of stop-loss slippage as producing a “slightly larger” loss does not adequately communicate the possibility of this magnitude of execution.

If a prop firm allows traders to trade during high-impact news, traders should be made very clearly aware that a stop loss may potentially execute so far away from the selected level that the realized loss can be several times the amount they intended to risk. That is materially different from simply telling customers their loss might be “slightly larger.”

I asked support to investigate the execution and provide a satisfactory resolution, but they declined reimbursement and maintained that this was normal slippage during high-impact news.

For me, this experience has seriously damaged my confidence in using this firm. A stop loss is an important part of risk management, and traders need to understand that during extreme volatility it apparently may not cap their loss anywhere close to the amount shown when the trade is placed.

Anyone considering this firm—especially anyone trading XAUUSD around economic releases—should understand this risk before purchasing an account.

Very highly manipulated and frequent change of rules.

Opening and closing trades are no where near the sell and buy lines of the actual candles. Their margins are not what they claim to be, every thing are very highly manipulated, the worse I have seen yet. The exaggerated candle movements are more than any provider that I have seen! The manipulation is insane. They do everything in their power with the frequent rules updates like no one else in order to ensure that you fail. Fake wins, and fake reviews here. Do not waste your time with them.

Unreasonable payout denial and hidden traps

Avoid Alpha Capital Group. When I requested a payout, they immediately threw up roadblocks: forcing me into a 1% risk group for simply closing trades I changed my mind on, making me do an interview, and ultimately denying the payout because a trade closed during a Myfxbook news event that wasn't even listed on Forex Factory. Enforcing a strict 40% consistency rule on a swing account is completely unreasonable. They will look for any technicality to avoid paying traders.

In my opinion, traders should be extremely careful with Alpha Capital Group. My experience has left me feeling that the rules are not always as transparent as they should be, especially when it comes to the Funded stage.

There are restrictions and conditions that I feel are not explained clearly enough from the beginning. This can create a situation where a trader believes they are trading within the rules, only to later discover that their trading activity can be considered a breach.

What is most frustrating is that instead of feeling confident about working towards a payout, you can end up constantly worrying about whether another rule or restriction will be used against your account.

I personally feel that Alpha Capital Group has caused me a great deal of frustration and disappointment. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this firm reads every rule extremely carefully and understands exactly how the breach system works before committing their money.

Be careful, especially once you reach the Funded stage.

Account wrongfully flagged by cloud copier IP glitch – Risk team ignoring proof

I've been a client with Alpha Capital Group for 2 years. Recently, both of my accounts were permanently terminated and a lifetime ban over a "Computer ID" (CID) overlap, which Alpha framed as evidence of group trading with other unrelated users.
I investigated this myself. My trade copier provider, Duplikium, confirmed in writing that their cloud infrastructure hosts many different clients' MT5 terminals on shared servers, which can legitimately produce identical device IDs between completely unrelated users — with zero coordination, communication, or shared control. Alpha's own risk analyst even acknowledged this in writing that shared server infrastructure is a genuine cause of false CID matches. Duplikium separately confirmed directly to Alpha that my accounts were connected only to my own copier profile, with no other user linked to them at all.
Once this technical explanation was on the table, Alpha's stated reason for the ban then changed from "group trading" to "you didn't get prior written approval to use a copier." I'll own that part: I missed that specific approval step, and I said so directly to them. But a lifetime ban and closure of two accounts, built originally on a technical claim that's since been directly contradicted by the software vendor involved, is a wildly disproportionate response to a missed notification email.
Alpha banned roughly 150 traders in 2024 over this same CID methodology, later admitting it was a false-positive issue and reinstating them. This is same thing is happening again and proof that the risk team do not know what they are doing. I've sent detailed evidence and had my follow-ups ignored for over a week.
A firm that markets itself as treating traders "as a partner, not just a checkout" should be able to engage with clear technical evidence instead of going silent.
Do not waste your time and money with them.

Alpha Capital Group introduces rules…

Alpha Capital Group introduces rules and restrictions that, in my opinion, are not explained clearly or in enough detail in their FAQ.

This can become a serious problem once you reach a Funded account, because you may discover additional conditions that can potentially lead to a breach and the loss of your account.

Read everything very carefully before reaching the Funded stage and be extremely cautious with this firm.

1★ Lack of transparency

1★ — Lack of transparency

I expected a much more professional and transparent experience from Alpha Capital Group. The biggest issue for me is not having strict rules, but how difficult it can be to get clear answers when something goes wrong.

When money and funded accounts are involved, traders deserve straightforward communication and clear explanations instead of complicated responses.

There are many prop firms available today, and after my experience, Alpha Capital Group would not be my choice. I recommend doing thorough research before signing up.

For me, the biggest problem with Alpha Capital Group is the overall experience as a client. It feels like once there is an issue with your account, you are treated more like a problem than a customer.

I expect a prop firm to communicate clearly, explain decisions properly and give traders a fair opportunity to understand what happened.

Unfortunately, that was not my impression here.

I wouldn’t choose Alpha Capital Group again.

My experience with Alpha Capital Group…

My experience with Alpha Capital Group has raised serious concerns about the way their breach and compliance system operates. The rules are extremely important when you are trading a funded account, so traders should be able to understand exactly what triggers a breach, how it is calculated, and what evidence is used to make that decision.

What I find particularly frustrating is the feeling that the process is not always transparent from the trader’s perspective. When an account is breached, traders need a clear explanation, complete trading data, and a straightforward calculation showing exactly what happened.

Instead, dealing with compliance can feel like you are constantly trying to defend yourself and prove your side of the story.

Strict rules are completely understandable. What matters is that they are clear, transparent and applied consistently to every trader.

I would strongly recommend doing your own research, reading every rule carefully and keeping your own records of all trades and account activity before choosing this firm.

Personally, I would be very cautious with Alpha Capital Group.

Very disappointing experience. The rules and payout process feel unnecessarily complicated, and communication with the firm can be frustrating. I would personally be very cautious before choosing Alpha Capital Group.
