They made false accusations and slapped me with charges. I submitted all the evidence to prove my innocence and demonstrate that I had never violated any rules. In the end, they blocked me on Discord, stopped replying to my emails, confiscated my profits, and closed my account. It is the worst service I have ever experienced.

I am writing in complaint to the incident that happened with me which Alpha didn’t resolve even though i gave all the proofs that the issue was from their end not mine, but instead of resolving it they revoked my access to alpha , only offering me a refund , which obviously isn’t fair when you pass both phases by making 15% , and instead of giving you the funded account by resolving the issue, they revoked your entire profile and ban you , just offering only a refund to you, this is severe injustice to who spend and invested alot on this firm , buying multiple accounts and investing my time , and after passing when finally you are expecting to make it to payout they deny the funded account

So what happened is , in april i had already passed both phases and completed my kyc and got granted the signed document along with my qualified analyst account , however i breached it due to max loss limit , now everyone of you know when you have already completed a kyc with a firm and successfully verified yourself , you dont need to perform it again , so now this time when i passed my phase 2 on 15 sep, i got the usual email that congratulations, after review you will be granted the document to sign and your qualified analyst account and the link to kyc and payout preferences, so i knew i had already completed my kyc when in april i passed my accounts , even before receiving the mail upon passing phase 2 i checked from dashboard that kyc and all was already verified under the section of profile , so i knew i dont need to do anything again as it already showed verified, so then i was waiting for my document to sign and the funded account , what happened is that while waiting i got the email from alpha capital compliance that after reviewIng my recent kyc application they declined it due to chosen document being tampered and fraudulent

So now the fun part is that , as i told i didn’t gave anything again for kyc as it was already verfied but i still got the mail as if i had sent them anything tampered and they declined , it never happened and in the mail they gave link to saas verification to again retry my verification, and then i again submitted the same and original id card that i previously used in april to successfully complete verification, but it got denied again ,

Now another fun part is that even before this one mail and before me retrying , i couldn’t access my dashboard or account , they permenantly deleted everything and it showed user denied and no account exists under this email- this proves they only intended to do this no matter how i prove that my documents aren’t wrong or upon retrying , i mean even before listening to me or me retrying the verification they had already banned me and when i opened it even before the mail of retry it still wasn’t existing meaning they had deleted my account.

Now lets get to the point where i again submitted everything from the retry link , it got denied and they showed me screenshot in which it was written that kyc verification denied on 16 sep and 17 april , now again i will here prove you that the issue is from there end , so the screenshot showed me denied , but in real everything got verified in april , the prove itself is that using the same documents , my verification was completed and i was granted the signed agreement and funded account in April , but in their ss it showed denied in april , if it was actually denied, then why i was granted everything and till date everything showed successfully verified???? I lost all the trust because this incident made me feel they deliberately did this , offering a refund isn’t justice as the issue is from your end , my time and effort in passing both phases making 15% in total was completely wiped out, they didn’t cooperate to me even when i proved that your system is showing false that kyc was denied in April and now because i actually got the dunded account and the document and verification successful status , i literally proved how there isn’t anything wrong from my end and proved all the wrongs from their end but they said their decision is final and banned me permanently only offering me a refund of that account purchase value , This is total injustice

I just received 5th payout for 2026 from ACG. Requested on Monday, and received on Wednesday as promised.

Waiting for my kyc to be approved for 1 week is crazy. Other prop firms do it in 5 minutes

I have had a very disappointing experience with Alpha Capital Group following the rejection of my payout request. In addition to the payout being denied, one of my open trades was closed under circumstances that I found highly concerning while the position was still running in profit, ultimately resulting in a significant financial loss.

I made several attempts to address both matters through formal complaints and requested clear explanations and a proper review. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, the issues were not satisfactorily resolved.

As a trader, I believe transparency, consistency, and fair treatment are essential when dealing with a prop firm. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Alpha Capital Group to other traders who are considering working with them.

I have passed phase 2 and waiting for my Qualified account, Alpha Capital has one of the best trading conditions and also the spreads are best among all the prop firms. Thank you Umar for your quick support
