I had a couple issues with my funded accounts not showing up on thw dashboard. It took some time but RAYYAN from support was extremely helpful and always replied within 10mins for any issue i had .

Once again, Billy from Alpha Futures comes in clutch. I had an old Alpha zero account, that I was $5000 about the buffer, but I did lose four days in a row so I needed to make $4000 in order to meet my consistency rule. I asked him to delete the account, so I could trade the 5 new $50k premium accounts instead. He deleted it.

To make up for the glitches in the Alpha trader platform, Billy gifted me 5 50 K premium evaluation account accounts.

I passed them in two days. Or at least I thought I did. I still need to make an extra $38 to meet the consistency rule. So I quickly did that Pre market about an hour before the market opened.

I let him know that I passed the accounts premarket, and he quickly activated them before market open. They even waived the activation fee on all five accounts for me.

Then I was able to trade the New York open, and make $388 on all five accounts copy trading in the tradovate platform.

Alpha Futures hands-down has the best customer service across the entire proprietary trading industry. Special recognition to Billy who went above and beyond, not only solved my problems, but put me on a path to profitability.
