I had an issue with my target profit…
I had an issue with my target profit showing 4x what it should have been. After a few messages with Raf, within minutes it was back to what it was suppose to be. I like to calculate my daily and weekly goals ahead of time so having the correct profit target is big for me.

Nizar provided excellent assistance. This week the new platform has not been at its fullest to say the least. However Alpha support team always makes things right. This is a scam company
This is a scam company. They canceled everyone’s PA accounts, including those of users who hadn’t done anything wrong. It’s been over two weeks now, and they’ve given no responses to any messages on Discord or support tickets. They claim refunds are possible, but once you request one, they completely ignore you. This is outright fraud.
