Aloha City Ukes is Outstanding!
I ordered a one-of-a-kind tenor ukulele from their site. Called shortly after, to ask if they would put a Low G string on it before packing & shipping. They did, at no charge (most companies will not).
Ukulele was shipped the next morning, with tracking info. Everything is always clockwork with Aloha City Ukes, this is one of America’s most excellent Ukulele retailers. Selection of instruments is extensive. They have everything from a $109 beginner uke, to the high-end, esoteric instruments and all things in between.
Instruments are professionally Set-Up before they are packed and shipped, and they do this at no extra cost. Some people pay sixty bucks to have a local luthier do this, some pay twice that much. Nation-wide retailers (and reverb) won’t do this, they just slap a label on the factory box and send it to the shippers. You get your uke with whatever shortcomings it may have had when it came off the assembly line.
