I ordered a personalized dentist cup as a gift due to the pictures in their website. When I received it, parts of the personalization is smeared and the name is not centered on the cup but drifting off the cup. Its totally unacceptable to give as a gift or even keep it yourself. I asked for a refund and they replied back by saying the print is acceptable and that is way its supposed to be because of the curve of the cup. DO NOT BUY....waste of money. Please of other sites do a great job and making the personalization professional and not cheap.

I was so disappointed when I received the Christmas ornament. It was a piece of 1/8 inch luan with a piece of paper stuck to it for the amount of money I paid. I expected more of a 3-D ornament like they showed.
You can't return it because it's personalized and if you return it they charge you shipping and a $30 restocking fee this is a total scam and it's based in Hong Kong. The quality is horrendous. Don't expect what you look at on the site

They delivered the package to the wrong address would not assist with shipping out a new product or refunding the purchase. Do not order from this company!

The picture shows that the item is 3D .. it is a Christmas ornament .. what showed up was a low quality inkjet print on a piece of cardboard .. not even close to the depiction on line.

The fire fighter locker ornament is just beautiful ! Vibrant colors, VERY detailed, a Christmas gift for my 1st responder grandson. Can't wait for him to open it !beautiful!

I haven't received my items and still can't get a hold of anyone to help me the email address doesn't help either

Almagems is a scam, appears to be operating from Hong Kong, a bogus address in Colorado, and a non-existing phone number in Alabama. Only takes paypal. Pedal products that when googled only show in scam websites. Stay away from it!!

Bought a customized music box so it is non refundable... Did not realize it was just 2" x 2" big. I paid 37.00 for a tiny toy! Never again!

ease at web site, ease to make up pillows, and the finished products are just beautiful. the quality of the soft material is nice and hope it lasts for my great nieces for years to come. 1110

Delivered in such a tightly wrapped plastic, it broke the ornament in half and was difficult to cut the outer plastic without risking cutting the pillow. The ornaments were flat junk. I purchased for customization but they are such tiny ornaments there is no way to read the customization. I did like the soft tiny pillows.

I had never ordered from the company before the gift I purchased was beautiful and had a few conversations about purchase the customer service remarkable the customer service rep was so kind and actually cared that I was happy I will be ordering again such unbelievable service sincerely Kim

When I first saw the advertisement for the child’s pillow I fell in love. Love the positive affirmations. Great for a young girl.
Ordering was really easy and my Christmas gift arrived in probably 2 weeks.
Also the quality of the fabric is soft and welcomes squeezing. I’m so excited to give it to my granddaughter for Christmas

No communication. They took my money right away and sent a receipt. I was told it would take 7 days to complete and I would receive an email. It had been well past a week and I have heard nothing. I can't even call them to ask.

The granddaughter candle was beautiful and fortunately very well packaged. My granddaughter got very emotional, she loved it. However, The delivery was Totally HORRIBLE! It looked like an independent contractor because the candle was delivered by someone driving in a Dodge Ram truck who threw the candle on the grass from inside the vehicle and didn’t bother to get out of the truck just threw it out of the truck as if it were some piece of trash that bothered him/her. I’ve had deliveries from many different companies but nothing as shameful as this delivery person you used! HORRIBLE!!!

The product exceeded expectations. It was bigger than I thought it would be and the packaging was excellent. The design was sharp and perfect. And, most important of all, my wife loved it!

Worse purchase I ever made. The delivery process was long. When they finally delivered it without notifying me it was being delivered that day. I saw on my ring camera It was left outside at 10:09 pm. And at 12:17 am a man stole it off the porch.
Would never buy from here again.

A friend of mine lost her father and grandfather during just a three month time period. She was very close to them. I ordered two memorial Christmas ornaments each with their picture on. I know she will love them as I did and they will hang on the Christmas tree for years to come. The pieces are great!

Everything was perfect, it will be a wonderful gift for my granddaughter who will be going off to college in the fall. I’ve been sick recently and didn’t even realize my package had arrived, it had come so quickly I never even remembered it was here. It’s perfect !! Thank you so much !!

Bought an ornament that they showed to be dimensional and It came to me as a flat piece of wood. Not at all as described or pictured!

This candle is so beautiful. I know my granddaughter will treasure it for many years to come.
