Warning,Warning

Warning,Warning, Warning! Do not make a purchase from this company you will be sorry. I ordered some boots for my wife for Christmas. Fist I ordered well before Chritmas, package did not arrive until after the new year. The boots looked nothing like the picture. The add claimed the boots were leather, they are not. Also I ordered a womens size 10, they look as if they were made for a small child. When I went through their conveluted customer service to say I wanted a refund. They gave me the choice of returning the boots to China, explaining how long the refund process can be and noting I would have to pay to have it shipped to China. Or, I could receive a credit for 75% of my purchase to buy more of their Crappy products. I opted for the 75%, which I will never use. So please beware of Alma Hansen it' a CON JOB.

Ordered jacket on December 31 finely…

Ordered jacket on December 31 finely arrived on January 16.
Quality of "down filled' jacket is definitely not filled with down feathers it not even like the one in the photo This jacket is a Dollar General quality buyers beware! Do not order from Alma Hansen. Hopefully I can recover my refund have not received a email from my return request.

Update 2 hours after I posted this they blocked me ...well I'm out $75 dollars and a really sh!tty coat I'm donating to the houseless. Good luck shopping with these Chinese scamming mother fcukers.

Would give no stars if I could what…

Would give no stars if I could what they post on website is not what you receive ordered lace up leather boots, received pleather thin soled boots with patent leather tip totally different boot requesting full refund not store credit because that’s false advertisement, fraud really, but based on previous comments don’t think I will receive anything from this vendor.

THIS IS A SCAM CHINESE SITE!!!! SCAM SITE!!!

I ordered a mens jacket 3XXL and the site said if you wear 3xxl, order 3xxl. What a joke.. it wasnt even XL, it was Large and inferior material. Now I am trying to contact the site and all of my emails bounce saying that email address doesnt exist. hey responded 1 time and offered me a discounted refund, and now.. no contact. These scammers need to be referred to the AG in every state and the AG of the US.. I want my money back but fear it's gone.. Hard-working folks should be VERY careful of these scamming thieves!! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Buyer beware, don’t waste your money …

Bad product, nonexistent customer service, nowhere to return. I’m only giving this a star because I did actually receive a product after a month, though it was disappointing in quality. The material was very thin and cheap and obviously not “natural materials”. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Buyer beware! It says 30 days return all over the website but when you actually try to find out how, they make it impossible. Finally I found an email they tell you to contact to get return instructions but it keeps bouncing back.

No exchanges or returns. Poor customer service!

Delivery took many weeks, from Dennark? Did not arrive in time for Christmas. Return/exchange policy is bogus. None of either. Ordered a jacket at 'regular size' but it was too small. Communication via customer service is extremely slow. Finally told no exchange/return (yes, it was within 30 days), keep product/donate, offered 75% store credit only available for 30 days. Do I really want to buy something else??

In reply, I did contact customer service to no avail. Only option given was 30 day 75% store credit. No return, no exchanges for size.

Order a week before Christmas and…

Order a week before Christmas and received my order a women’s wool coat. I can’t believe they sold me a cheap material. Absolutely horrendous and by far the worst return process! I sent multiple emails with pics cause they want to see the condition. It’s been a week after delivery and still have not received instructions on where to ship back item! At the point I think I will contact my bank and see if they can do something.

This company will not reach out to me…

This company will not reach out to me to give me a tracking number to send the shoes that they sent to me. That was the wrong color. They email me every two days saying they have a high volume and they will reach out to me in 48 hours.

Don’t order from this Chinese company

Don’t order from this Chinese company! I ordered a raincoat in the size I wear. It arrived and was at least 2 sizes larger. I opted to return the item and found that although the package was mailed from New York, it had to be returned to China. I mailed it to China, but it has been held at China Customs for over 2 months! The company tells me I cannot get a refund until they receive the item. So I am out the cost of the coat plus shipping charges. Besides being way too large, the “raincoat” was cheaply made and did not look water-proof. Stay away from this company!

100% polyester, advertised as wool

I ordered a sweater, advertised as being wool. It is 100% polyester. Their customer service is horrible.
