I have bought a HP Omen chair and after a week I have paid and asking about the product they have replied stating that the shipping cost is too high and the money will be refunded from 7 to 14 working days. This is not a trustable company!

Ordered a watch on 2 September.
Not received as at 28 September.
No response to queries on their contact form or by email.
Think I have been ripped off.

SCAM, they took my money, not sending me my order.

I've been ripped off by Allzora.
They pretend to be a UK company but I bought a hob from Allzora.co.uk I paid for it in £ sterling with two day delivery. It arrived 20 days later shipped from Spain and now I've been sent a demand for £80 for import duty and Allzora won't respond to my emails.

Ordered a hair product from this company, postage was £6.50 then I got an email today saying they needed another €10 postage!!! £16.50 postage for a can of mousse!! On the website it says the company had a base in Manchester so why are they asking for the extra in euro?? Sounds a bit dodgy to me.

1 star is one too many. I ordred a Satellite receiver and received an invoice saying that the Courier was DHL. Tjhere was no Tracking Number and TWO emails requesing it were not answered. Now my ISP has emailed me saying that there iks no such email address as "sales"allzora.es" I am led to believe that thhey are obtaining money by fraud & I havwe all the t rouble to ask the Bank to draw back.

Atrocious company. I ordered a month ago after being told it was in stock. I cancelled the order a number of times after two weeks but never had any reply from them nor did they ever answer the telephone number they gave on the order. They now say they cannot refund as they have shipped and I have to return the item. I will claim through my credit card unless they refund by return.

They have claimed a non-existent refund and since I have not been satisfied they have supplanted my identity to place an order in my name and charge the amount to a card, acting as a criminal organization.

I have orders 3 items 10 days ago and I haven’t received any of these yet.I tried to contact them on the phone number mentioned on their website and I could not reach them.

Delivery was two days late, that's the only reason for not giving five stars. My order was received in perfect condition.
